@Jared Schmitt thanks for sharing your questions. I'll cover the tech in my next articles, but let me answer to your questions as much as I can at the moment: 1. For the "recommending updates or new articles", is it done by Rovo alone? - yes, a special Rovo agent with limited knowledge and instructions. 2. Or can we…

@Jared Schmitt thanks for feedback and appreciation! What specifically are you interested in beyond the deeper tech explainer of already described automation process? I’m trying to tailor the next sections as closely as possible to meet the readers' expectations.

@Christoph Schaub if you have plans to automate QA process, we can connect and talk about it. You can connect with me on Li: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mkrtchian-robert/

@Christoph Schaub Thank you, Chris! If there’s interest from the community, I’ll publish part 2. Is your project focused on service desk QA automation? Have you already started and set that up? Is there a specific task you’re finding difficult to automate or you are looking for something else?

Does it mean that we can copy virtual service agent intents to other cloud instance as well? And is it possible to choose only to transfer it, nothing else?

Can you make sure the user that you invited has received an invitation and you have accepted? If you have just logged with invited user without accepting the invitation, that might be an issue.

I don't have answer to all your questions, but I suggest you do the following for starters: 1. Group notification emails together, set to sent for every 30 or 60 minutes. Here 2. Set to sent emails only when you are assignee, not a watcher or reporter. Here

You just click Customize > Edit Layout > Hide Portals > Hide Recently Used Request Forms. See the screenshots. Let me know if that helps.

Chat (e.g. Atlassian Assist) in Teams is for Team users in the first place, and they need to have Teams account to connect with you via integrated chat. What is interesting though, you have JSM chat widget that you can add to your website, which you can't add to JSM portal itself, but if you activate Virtual Service Agent…

You can try this setup within the intent. When user confirms that his request was not resolved, you can add steps and ask for more information and then link to the fields that you want. Second, if you don't want it to create a request just change the last step to "resolve" instead of "escalate". I have attached a…

Yes, it is true, users who have access to Jira but don't have JSM license, will be able to create internal comments but are not allowed (or even see an option) to create comment for the customer.
-
Thanks @Sachin _ . Actually, I did. Anything else I should take care of? Btw, does VSA via email answer enter only intent flows or it can also use Atlassian intelligence to answer questions using KB?
-
If your admin were using your organization corporate email, you can try to reset their email address password from your ESP admin portal, then reset Atlassian user password to enter their account and grant admin rights to yourself.
-
Same issue, isn't there an option to make VSA accessible for everyone (even for not logged in users)?
-
Just to confirm, you want to make internal comments posted in your conversation with a client that you posted as replies, but not as "internal note" initially?
-
You need to setup a Mail Handler for JSM. Here is the link to the resource: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/fix-email-for-jira-ticket-creation-core-jsm-cloud-1188419055.html#:~:text=The%20JSM%20mail%20handler%20can,a%20Jira%20Service%20Management%20license). Also, this thread might be useful to read:…

It must be feasible. API has add users to org method. It is also possible to create a private Forge app, and have it up and running quickly, but in that case you should give an access at least as a user with no admin rights to your client admins. Imo Forge option is easier, because data will not leave your Jira instance,…

If you just want to make it feel more human-like, a new “delay” option was introduced, and you can create an automation where it submits the comment with up to 15 minutes delay. And if you don’t want to send a canned response, you can use Rovo to generate more human-like text for your comment… would this cover your case?
-
is it possible to get the link to recording of the webinar?

I think the only way to allow the customer manage customers is creating a role, assigning "administer Jira" permission and assigning that role to that IT manager customer... but with that they will get whole bunch of other permissions as project admin...

Hi @Anahit Sukiasyan , that’s amazing news! I’m going to visit for upcoming 6 months, ready to connect and assist with organizing supposedly the first event in Armenia.

@Rustem Shiriiazdanov _Actonic_ that’s a worthy channel, it works for us sometimes too.

It is indeed a two-way street. Vendors need beta users to ask questions, understand their pain points, and refine their solutions. On the other side, users have the opportunity to shape products that can address their needs perfectly. Ultimately, Atlassian benefits the most—happy users and happy vendors mean a thriving…

Thank you! it answers my question. I'm planning to make it public after submission deadline, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Why can't I find it on marketplace now? Is it still listed?

Hi Allen, thanks for sharing insights into Atlassian Intelligence. I have have question about the screen you shared during the event. Could you please explain how AIX evaluation and prompt registry communicate with each other? And ideally share briefly what data flows into each of them... Additionally, whether AIX…

@Sarp Egemen Great question! We are using client side embedding model that runs in your browser and creates an array of vectors out of JPD idea content. Which then is stored in vector database in as an array of vectors, which means it is not technically possible to reverse engineer to human readable language. This whole…

What is the main thing I can get with your product that I can't with Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps)? Are you targeting Jira users who are on Standard or Free plan and wo don't have access to Jira Plans?
