Interesting! Thanks for chiming in. Follow-up question, if you don't link a field to the Request Type field, can you access the information inside of the field; say for an automation?

I didn't know it had conditional fields. That's neat. It still feels like a system they've introduced on top of their existing forms system because they either couldn't figure out how to create the same type of functionality and/or it was going to be too time consuming to expand. I'm curious as to what the future holds for…

You should be able to accomplish this with PowerAutomate by pulling your data from a SharePoint List and then using a post to Atlassian's API.

Anyone else have a thought on what's happening or what I can try? I already tried to upload and use smaller and equal ratio icons.
