1. I have used JSM since it was released, so a while. 2. A unique use case would be for finance teams doing end of month reporting.

Great Webinar. I really liked the Confluence Automation improvements and the mission control.

No Photos, but around the New Orleans area in Louisiana. we had all sorts of climbable trees in the yard. I remember my older brother falling out of several of them. He was fine...eventually, but i don't think he ever recovered those brain cells.

Meeting Notes and Team poster are my go to ones. Especially for new spaces.

Make a list of the talks you want to attend, but don't be afraid to miss them to have good conversations instead! They are all recorded and you can watch them later. I find myself adding everything i can to my agenda, but then only attending a few actual live sessions because i am busy walking around the floor and speaking…

But why would we bother maintaining something that is effectively a dead end career wise? Why would we even tell anyone else to do the same? I am with @Jeff Tillett and @Kiet Ngo I spent a lot of time and effort, just like many others, only to have it wasted. Why would I invest any more time into a company that is willing…

Sounds like you had a great time! I will definitely be there next time!

Definitely do this, i have my lunch on my calendar daily. It's mainly because i work with people in other time zones so they like to schedule meeting from 11am-2pm. I learned pretty quick that if i didn't block off some time, i didn't get a lunch.
-
Definitely this! You need a to set a schedule or you will burn yourself out real quick.

The temporary office in my "shed". Need some bigger monitors to match those others ones in this thread, i feel inadequate.

Hey Robert, I think you did the same thing as me. Under the Jira section here: metrics_path: '/jira/plugins/servlet/ Get rid of the /jira in that path. It's the context path for Jira. So if you don't use one then remove that.once I did that it started working.

Trying to set this up and I am running into an issue @Alexey Matveev I Have the plugin installed in our Jira server, I used the docker install in the link above and i can get to Prometheus and Grafana. However when i add the line to the prometheus.yml file and restart Prometheus it seems like it never pulls in the Jira…

Check the customer permissions in the project. What are they set to? Is she listed under "customers" in the project?

I hope the Daft Punks win!

That would help wouldn't it! We are in Dallas,TX. If you are anywhere in the DFW area come on by. We have morning and evening meetings monthly.

Talk to any of the JIRA Align team members at Summit! They have booths everywhere.

Interesting... My 7.6 instance has it as Apps, but my 7.12 one says Add-ons again. I wonder if they changed it back because of some confusion.
-
What version of JIRA are you on right now? What error is it throwing? You might also read this article on moving from Server to Cloud. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html

Might try using Labels?

They re-branded Add-ons to "Apps" a couple years back. Purely semantics and does the same function as it did before. They added more details in the announcement here: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/t/marketplace-now-has-apps/7524?_ga=2.180606247.1093912241.1537189861-1084393631.1494539255

@Yuriy Lozhkin I hope you managed to fix your error, apologies for not seeing this earlier. If not, do you have anymore more context from that log file? I see a few fixes that could apply to the error you are seeing, but need to see the entire error rather than just that one line. @Ioannis D Thanks! Always good to check…

If you don't have the "issue type" field on your screen you won't be able to change it. Add that field to your screen and you should be able to. The other way to do it would be to "move" the issue to the new issue type. I hope that helps.
-
Typically, when an issue is "closed" a resolution is set. So anyone that can edit an issue can set a resolution on it. If you are new to the team this could come down to a permissions or indexing issue as well. Also, Make sure you dont have multiple user accounts. I have seen occasions where someone might have 2 user…

Are you running on the same machine? If not, make sure you have NTP running and they are pointed at the same time source. That could be a cause.
-
I think it bases this off of a label. Check what labels are on the How-To Articles. And apply the same to your other pages.
-
Could be a couple of things that you can check real quick. 1. Is there a resolution set for these issues? If there IS one set (IE, its not "unresolved") that could be the reason they are not showing up. 2. Might be an indexing issue, you could try re-indexing just the projects affected, or the entire instance. This could…

If you have public signup turned off for Service Desk does it still let them create customers? This setting is under the Administration area > Applications > JIRA Service Desk > Configuration.

I believe you need the FQDN for CN. So its both host and domain name.
