  • My French is not good :) And I admit I'm often wrong about many things. I realize what is being reported here. However in my testing of this on Jira Cloud today, I was able to create transitions and statuses with accented characters. Hence that part isn't the limitation being seen by the OP. In my testing, the name of the…
  • Hi @sarvesh I will try to address your questions in order: * This is better explained in Work is the new collective term for items tracked in Jira - Atlassian Developer Community Essentials, there are no changed to existing APIs. * Yes, those all should continue to work. There are aliases in place to prevent these from…
  • My understanding is that this is not about the status names or transitions. Statuses and transitions can use UTF8 or translations with allow UTF8 characters. In this case though, the problem is in the name of the workflow itself. That workflow name can't use all UTF8 characters. It has to use ASCII characters only.
  • Hi @butch I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1138982 I would recommend following up in that request with some more details about the specific users in question and their email addresses. With that information our support team can investigate…
  • Hi @Caroline_Muon I understand that you are trying to save a workflow name in Jira Cloud, but you are unable to. The error message indicates that you must use ASCII characters. It's true, the workflow names are required to use ASCII characters only. I am afraid that accented characters fall outside the scope of what ASCII…

I created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1138514 in order to see if it is still possible to recover this site or not. Please follow-up there. Regards, Andy
  • Hi @Shi Spark I understand you are seeing an error when trying to sign up for a Jira Cloud site. This is known to happen for some users located within China. The reason tends to be due to the networking restrictions within that country are preventing specific CAPTCHAs from being displayed on the page. Without those, the…
  • Hi @Dmytro I do not have a time table of when this particular language might be supported within Jira Cloud. However we do have an existing request for this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/I18N-3273 I would recommend watching that one for updates. Andy
  • Hi @Matthew Judy Could you please let me know what the Organization Id was? It should have been included in an email you received if it was deleted due to inactivity. With that information I can create a support ticket on your behalf to restore this. Andy

Andy

  • Hi @Chris Brands The email you got about the deleted organization due to inactivity: Could you share with me the org id that was in that email? With that information I should be able to create a support case on your behalf so that our support team can investigate this further. Andy

Thanks Andy
  • Hi @Angelo Cavallini Checking that account, I don't see any messages that are delayed or bounced by the receiving mail server. It could be that the mail server or mail client is quarantining these incorrectly as if they were spam. I'd suggest trying to check the spam folder to see if perhaps the messages might be in there.…
  • Hi Everyone, While you can report malicious repos here in Community, I might not always see these in a timely manner. There is a new process for how Atlassian handles these reports. Please send an email to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse with details of the repo in question. This will create a report to our…
  • Thanks for reporting it @Roy Scheepens The anti-abuse team appears to have suspended the repo and user. In the future, please send an email to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse as the means to inform that team of malicious or suspicious Bitbucket sites.
  • Hi @Angelo Cavallini I did not find any accounts at your domain that seemed to have a suppression. But I tried to clear any suppressions from our side for your domain anyway. Please try to re-send the verification code once more now. If you are still not receiving it, please let me know either the Atlassian Account Id of…
  • I wasn't able to locate any recent bug reports of this nature. However if the setup database for an on premise edition of Confluence did not set the character encoding to use a UTF8, I could see how problems like this might occur. I'd recommend checking out…
  • Hi @SUMAN KANNAN It appears that Jira has been suspended on your site. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3506490 in order to see if our team can reactivate that product. I recommend following up in that support case. Andy
  • Hi, Thanks for flagging these to us. I reached out to my team, and these old videos have been taken down from the forums part of the site. I believe there are plans to post some updated content in the near future. Andy
  • You can see this by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/ Select the organization your site is in. The click on the Billing tab This will show you the products and the plan each is using. You can use the Manage link for each product to change the plan for them.
  • Hi @[deleted] I understand you want to delete your account. I cannot delete this on your behalf unfortunately. But that said, you can follow the steps in Remove apps linked to your organization to first delete your Cloud site. This is necessary before you can delete your user account. From that page: Before you can delete…
  • Hi @Kobby Owusu It looks like Jira has been suspended on this site. I created a ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3504157 Someone from our support team should be able to help you in that support request. Andy
  • Hi @Toky Rabehaja It appears that your site recently switched to using a free plan. However from looking at that site, it still appears to be active, and with a valid free subscription. Are you still seeing this error? If so, could you clarify which Atlassian Cloud site you see this on? Thanks Andy
  • Hi @ly_nhk I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1133362
  • The automated charge will occur if the billing details contain a valid credit card at that time. If no valid payment exists, after the trial expires, the site could be suspended for a time. Shortly after that it could be deleted if no payment is entered. You could switch the product plan to the free plan if you wish.…
  • Hi @Roan Roodenburg I'm not sure what would cause the behavior you have described here. I can't seem to replicate this in my own Cloud site. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1133022 Perhaps this way our support team can take a closer look at…
