Hi @Richard Ryu Your Atlassian Cloud site has multiple active site-admins and organization-admins. You will need to contact one of them in order to have them grant you the needed role here. If you are unaware of who your admin might be, then you can create a support case over in…

It looks legit from what I can see right now. Seems that someone in your team has made their first name "Admin" which doesn't help to personalize the message in quite the way I think Atlassian expected. It is possible that someone has used one of our cloud services to send out email abuse/spam. But I can't tell from the…

Your case in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3387986 has been updated since your last reply here. Sorry for the delay, the team is seeing a high load of requests recently.

Hi @Amanda Keeney Sorry to hear about this problem. I can see that there was an Atlassian Cloud site that appears to have sent you spam recently. I can confirm that the user responsible has been suspended, and we are in the process of suspending the site in question as well for a violation of our terms of service. Should…

Hi @Amanda Keeney The screenshots you posted here aren't technically spam. You are receiving those because you appear to have joined the "New to Jira Service Management" group. You can turn this off by going to https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Service-Management/gh-p/newtojsm and then clicking the unwatch…

Hi @Matheus Furtado I believe that the Migration status is in reference this site having been switched over from our old billing system into our new billing system. It might explain why the site's expiration date is not readable by that system. While your account seems to be a product admin, your account does not appear to…

I can see you have a support ticket for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3387986 Someone from our Customer Advocate team should be able to assist on that case.
-
Hi @bert.vogel It appears that you do not have an active account on that site. You will need to contact a site-admin of that site so that they could add to you to the site or reactivate your existing account. Only then would you be able to reach the site. Andy

There is no suppression from our side for that address. I can see every message sent to that address in the last 2 weeks has been marked as delivered by the receiving SMTP server. I'd recommend reaching out to your mail admin. It's most likely that the mail server is quarantining these.

Hi @Gaia Sargent Sorry to hear about the problems here in regards to adding these customers to your site. I created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1099247 I think it would be best if someone from our JSM support team could take a closer look at…

Hi everyone, Thank you all for the previous reports of malicious repos on Bitbucket Cloud. We have recently changed our process for reporting on these. Going forward, please send an email to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse in order to report such violations of our terms of service. Someone from our abuse team…

Hi, There was a bug in which this left navigation menu was not behaving as intended. There is a bug ticket over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-15815 where we tracked this. The issue appears to have been resolved already with an update that was rolled out at the end of last week. Sorry for the inconvenience.…
-
Hi, It looks like this has already been resolved via https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3373151 For others that might find this, reactivating a site in this manner typically requires a support case be created with the customer advocate team. You can do that in this link…

Hi @Jesús Velarde I understand that you are expecting that an incoming webhook would trigger an automation rule for a Jira Cloud site. Could you let me know the URL of the two Cloud sites in question? And which site is the one listening for this call? Perhaps with this additional information we can investigate this…

Hi, There was an outage with a service. It has been restored about an hour ago. Sorry for the inconvenience. Andy
-
Hi, There was a problem with a change that was made today at approximately 1:30 PM (CST). There was a period of time, (about 47 minutes) in which attempting to navigate to admin.atlassian.com would not allow you to see the existing organization, and in many cases might prompt users to attempt to create a new organization.…

Hi @andres.goens That other account seems to be incorrectly flagging our messages as spam. When trying to send mail to that address there is a response of TimestampAtlassian Mail Transaction IDMessage IDEvent…
-
Thanks @harsh0707051 I relayed this to my team. The have taken down the bitbucket repo and suspended the user in question.
-
Hi @Ibrahim Özhan Contacting that site won't help in this case. I can see that our cloud services are sending mail to your address. One of these is TimestampAtlassian Mail Transaction IDMessage IDEvent…
-
Hi Ahmet, I found one user on your domain that looks like they were being suppressed. But I also cleared this for other users on your domain. Try to sent the invitations/password resets now. These should be able to get through. Let me know the results. Andy
-
Hi @Ibrahim Özhan I am not seeing any delay or bounce messages from your SMTP server. All message appear to be marked as delivered. If you're still not seeing these, I would try to check the spam folder to see if maybe these are being redirected out of your inbox. If that isn't it, I would then recommend contacting your…

Hi @Rebecca Lewis Inside the Insights that appears on Agile type boards, there is a new Due section. This is using the Due Date field, as you noticed. At this time we don't have the option to set this to utilize a different date field. Most users are leveraging the Due Date field to keep track of when an issue is expected…
