  • Hi @Brian Sweet Sorry to hear about this error. I came across another case that appears to have the same error. I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1089467 Please follow-up in that support case so that our team can investigate this further. Thanks…
  • Try clicking the "Need more help" link on that form, it should allow you to submit a ticket to our CA team (Customer Advocates). That team can reactivate subscriptions. It might be you cannot self-service this, in which case, we would need to create a CA ticket in order to process it.
  • Hi @Samuel Thanks for reporting it. The repo has been taken down.
  • Hi @NORBERTUS WUSANA Sorry to hear about this problem. I don't see any clear cause for the failure here. But I am limited in what I can see. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1088992 From there I believe our support team can investigate this…
  • Hi @tmelo Sorry to hear about this problem. Is this still happening? If so, is this the same account you have used to login here to Community? Or is this perhaps under a different email address? I just want to clarify the account in question so that I can engage the proper teams within Atlassian when further…
  • Hi @Anja Bresemann I understand that a user replied to a JSM request notification, but their reply did not appear as a comment to that request/issue. This most commonly happens because the user's email address, used to send their reply message, does not match the email addresses to which that request has been shared with.…
  • Hi @John Black If I understand the problem here, you are not able to select any groups within this feature. I'm not certain there is a clear explanation yet. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/SDS-72244 I suspect our Data Center support team will…
  • Hi @Cristina Banuta I can see your account is the site admin, so you should have the ability to cancel this trial if you wish. The screenshot you posted appears to have an unexpected value in the URL. I'm not sure what would cause this, but you might want to try a different browser or try using an incognito session in your…
  • Hi @Nghi Nguyen I understand you are trying to access this project setting, but are receiving this error. This is a Service project. However your Atlassian Cloud site does not currently have a Jira Service Management (JSM) subscription. That is why you are seeing this error. You will need to at least add back some JSM…
  • @Blackening999 Thanks for reporting it. That repo has been taken down.
  • Hi @João Gabriel de Souza Caetano Sorry for the delay in response. It looks like that account was on a suppression list. It appears to have been removed from that list on January 8th. From that point on, it looks like mail is being delivered to that address now. If that's not the case, please let me know. Andy
  • Hi @Joe Prevo Sorry to hear about this problem, I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1088364
  • Hi @Steven Kenway I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1081619 If you could share more information about the user in question in that support ticket, I believe someone from our team can better help here. Andy
  • Hi @Esteban Diaz I created a support case for this request over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1081506 If you could, please follow up there so that we can assist you. Thanks Andy
  • Hi @Salmankhan Pathan Is this still a problem? There was an incident yesterday around the time you create this where we tracked a problem with Jira Cloud not loading for users over in https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/xgsktkqk4bwb If you are still unable to access your site, please let me know or reach…
  • Hello @沈晓东 I understand that you are unable to complete the signup of this cloud site. Based on the error message, and your account details that I can see, I believe this is happening because you are located within mainland China. As such there are certain captchas which might not be displaying on this page to you because…
  • Hi @Saurav Dwivedi Thank you for reporting this to us. That repo has been suspended. Andy
  • I found this is possible to do via automation in Jira Cloud today. For my test, I created a new rule with the trigger of When Issue Created. Then setup a Edit Issue action to edit the Description field. From there I used the Set option and entered a value of {{issue.Description}} ||*Col1*||*Col2*||*Col3*|| | | | | | | | |…
  • Hi @niteshpurohitit Thank you for reporting it. The repo has been suspended.
  • Hi Franck, I can see you created a support ticket for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-357558 I recommend following up there so that our support team can better assist. Andy
  • Hi @Assist10 I found that one of the sites you are a member of, had a product suspended for missing payment. But it looks like the product has been reactivated today. If this is still a problem, could you please share with us the URL of this site so I can look into this further. Thanks Andy
  • Hi @Markéta Řežábková I took a closer look at this site. I can see that there is only 1 site admin, but it is not the email address you listed here. I cannot disclose the exact email address here in community, but it follows the format of ###.###@gmail.com I'd suggest reaching back out to Michal to let him know he needs to…
  • Thanks for reporting it @Ethan Lourens It has been removed.
  • Hi @Bryan Quandt Sorry for the inconvenience here. I took a closer look at your site and it appears that the trial license that your Jira site is using seems to have expired during the nightly maintenance window. When this happened it should have provided a different error to indicate it was a licensing problem. I have a…
  • Hi @Nick Chan I can't see which users are affected here. I can see you are a member of a single Jira Cloud site, but since you are not a site-admin you might not be able to directly create a support case for this issue. If you can provide the Atlassian account Id of the users not receiving notifications, then perhaps I can…
  • Hi @Arrafi Ahmed Thank you for reporting this repo to us. Our team has reviewed this repo and taken it down.
  • Hi @Ryan Koch I tried to dig into this further. I did find a few users on that domain have had delay messages as SMTP responses recently. Two different messages have been the response of that mail server 451 4.3.2 Temporary server error. Please try again later ATTR1 [MWH0EPF000A6731.namprd04.prod.outlook.com…
  • Hi @Jun Kit Wong I found that one of your site-admins has already created a support case for this particular problem over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/59/CES-60250 It appears that our support team is investigating this. Andy
  • Hi @Michael.Palapar I see that you created a support case for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1076241 I would recommend following up there so our JSM support team can investigate this further. Andy
  • Hi @Xaxiry González It appears that the subscription for this site expired. I can see the site-admin has created a support case over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3295851 in order to reactivate the site. It should be working now. Andy
