Hi @Jonny I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-353877 Someone from our Confluence support team should be better able to address this concern. Thanks Andy

Hi @PaxBeach I referred this to our security team, they have taken down these repos for violations of our terms of service. Thank you for reporting it to us. Andy

Hi @Bhumika Umesh I can see that the site does have Jira Work Management (JWM), but it seems that your site recently deactivated Jira and Jira Service Management. If your project was a software or service type project, then I expect this is due to the deactivation of those products. I created a support case just in case…

Thanks for clarifying. I tried to look at other users that share your domain, there were some suppressions for users on your domain, but it looks like another Atlassian Support member cleared the suppressions for all users on your domain on December 1st. I have not been able to find any specific users on your domain being…

Hi @Mohamed_khorshed I took a closer look at your account and your site. From our end I can see there is mail from your Jira site being sent to and reportedly delivered to your email address, according to the SMTP response. If you are not seeing these, I would recommend reaching out to your mail admin. There may be…

Hi @Andrew Katsewich The abuse mailbox is unable to reply. But reports sent there should still be processed in due time. That said I raised these repos to my security team and they have confirmed these have been taken-down from our site. Thanks for reporting them to us. Andy

I found there were suppressions on both accounts, I have cleared these for those two accounts, and tried to repeat a domain wide clear as well. Try to send the password reset email once more now, it should go through. Andy
-
Hi @İkon Proje I did not find any suppression from our side, but I have tried to clear any for your domain anyway. Could you try it once more now? If this is still not working, could you please let me know the email or Atlassian account Id of the user in question? Thanks Andy

Hi @richard.wagner If I understand your concern here, the billing contact of your Atlassian site has left your company. Your cloud site actually does have 3 administrators, at least two of which have logged in at least once in the last week. Since your account is not a site-admin, it will likely be harder for our team to…

Hi @parmisprv My team reviewed this repo, but were unable to find any malicious code here. If you can provide more information it might help our team to identify if there is code here that violates our terms of service.
-
Hi @Nicola Hearn I took a look at your account. While you appear to be a site-admin, you might not be the billing admin. In which case I created a support case to see if our customer advocate team can help here. You can respond over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3277765 Thanks Andy
-
Hi @Ramabadran It sounds like you want to be able to update the billing admin for your account. For that I have created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3275597 While I cannot do this myself, someone from our customer advocate team should be able to…

However, you can still access Jira Work…

Hi @Paul Jentzsch I reached out to my team and found this information related to your query: The ISO 27001:2013 certification is valid for three years from the date of issue, but organizations must upgrade to ISO 27001:2022 before their next recertification or surveillance audit. The transition period began on October 31,…

Hi @Nico Wegener The logs I can see show that messages sent to that address are being bounced by your SMTP server with an error of: 550 5.7.1 Command rejected I reached out to my internal mail team, they suggested that this is likely a misconfiguration of the mail server settings on the destination mail server. I was…

ah, thanks for checking. Let me reach out to my internal mail team for more help here. Seems like there is a different problem at hand here.

Hi @Salvador Perez Vazquez There should be an in-product feedback collector option that should appear when this change happens. However even if you don't see that, I've created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1068941 I believe this can be disabled,…

Hi @Nico Wegener It seems like your address was a being suppressed. I have cleared this from our side. Try to send the verification once more now, and let me know if it does not come through. Andy
-
Hi @Jagos Jovanovic I believe I was able to identify your other email address and I found there was a suppression on messages to that address. I have just cleared that suppression from our side. Try request a new verification code now, you should be able to receive that mail now. Andy
-
Hi @ABDELLAH EL KHAYATI I reached out to my team that handles these requests. I believe someone from that team has reached out to you regarding this request. Andy
-
Hi @Tere Pile I found a few other support tickets requesting this as well. Although there is a private ticket tracking those requests, I don't have a time table for the implementation of this within Jira Product Discovery. Alternatively, you can log a support request with the JPD support team Perhaps they can provide a…
