ohh, welcome to the group @Nitin Keshao Kirnapure ! Anne's shared some study sessions I"ve put up, but I'll also recommend the "Exam Prep" link found on the ACP-120 pate. Also can't stress the importance of dedicated time to study... this should include both hands-on practice AND reviewing training/writing notes/etc. Also…

Thanks for catching that @Galen Garrison ! fixed it

As much as I enjoy wrangling 14 checkboxes I'm glad this is finally hitting GA. It will make things MUCH easier for admins to manage access (not to mention free up a lot of time!). I will point out this also adds some new permissions. For example the old space admin permissions have been split up, so you can now give…

From a pure 'number of steps' view it could be easily to unflag then reflag. This would show up in the audit log, but editing the comment will as well. Since the reason for the block changed you could also argue a 'new' flag is needed, but entirely up to your teams process.

This is one that could easily vary between organizations and or environments. For example an engineering firm that manages bridges would likely have different rules than one that builds websites. For me AI is a tool, and I wouldn't trust Outlook, or my shoes, or a hammer to make a decision about something. I'm personally…

I think this depends on how people are using AI inside Confluence (or any system). For example, if I'm using AI to make a new page, then immediately feeding that into a white board, then work items, is likely end up with some... Interesting... Things. Instead if I did those things, but between each step I worked on the…

@Jessica Kordic - Goals & Projects should be available for all orgs (see this announcement). As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski mentioned Org admins can confirm they're turned on the app admin panel. Also when posting it's always good to add screenshots/etc - I'm assuming "Projects" doesn't appear under your app switcher?

Heya @Harold Grace - as you're studying I'll encourage you to open up Jira and try the different options. Folks here can certainly help, but building the skill of trying things out on your own will both build your confidence and help the concepts stick in your brain. Best of luck studying! If you're looking for more…
-
@Anna Wilson - that's the main way I learn :D I do my best to follow along on product updates, but there's just so many things floating around and being added all the time. Typically this happens when I'm doing a live learning session - you'll see me talking about something, stop, say 'oh, that's new!' and then get…

@Milan Berta - That behavior appears to be universal anywhere you have a line with Header font, not just on that particular template (see this loom), or even JUST with an emoji (see image below). Also the gap appears to change based on the size of the header So it appears to be related to the header under the line, and the…
-
@Rhys Gottwald - this is a rolling deployment, so not everyone will get it at the same time... it's possible your instance just hasn't had it added yet. Also looks like space admins have to enable this in space settings before it's available (the "How to get started" section).
-
Heya @TomodachiLifeROM - I agree with @Viswanathan Ramachandran , you can certainly use Jira to manage your content. Unless you have a specific need for the more premium features, a free instance could support you fairly well. To answer your question: Is Jira a good choice for managing website content instead of software…
-
Heya @Oliver Schultz - I threw this quick Loom together explaining some of the comments above... tl;dr they need a JSM license AND a Role in the Space that includes the "Service Desk Agent" permission... although without more specifics troubleshooting will be challenging.
-
Heya @Victoria Romero - you should be able to download individual videos from the "more actions" menu. This should get you a .mp4 of the video. The pricing page suggests this might only be available on the "business" plan - so just a heads up!
-
@Martin - out of the box I believe we're limited to "Content Properties" - however - this can't be pulled into databases/etc. afaik.... Synced Blocks offer an interesting way to pull data across to Jira, but that's intended more for reusable content to share in multiple spaces vs. any kind of metadata for…
-
Heya @Viswanathan Ramachandran - It would be interesting to see what metrics would be useful. Personally I don't think there should be "hard" limits to a Confluence Page as it's designed to let folks capture whatever they think is necessary. Are incredibly long documents with lots of tables/etc. generally a good idea? not…
-
It's a bit of a gut feeling... although I typically get a list going internally, then talk to other folks about what they think. Generally anything compliance related gets a quarterly label by default (although I defer to legal/compliance to define what's needed). Time-sensitive projects/etc. get monthly. They can also…

Most welcome @Jason Krewson ! Hope it goes well! You're welcome @Anwesha Pan - more coming soon!
-
Sounds good! Also check back from time to time... we keep adding more!
-
@Viktorya Zargaryan - I threw this quick Loom together on how to find these. Some notes: * ALL tiers support global templates (this demo is in free) * You must have Confluence Admin ("App Admin"). Org Admin is something else. Basically if you don't see a gear in the top right of Confluence you don't have access.

Heya @Anwesha Pan - here's a list of all the upcoming public Rovo classes. You can also adjust the filters to look for other offerings!

Great questions! I've seen many variations on this answer... Typically I default to the page Owner as being the person responsible for updating / curating the page. Practically this almost never happens, so I try to focus on the high value/impact pages (e.g. critical policies, updates, etc). For those it's worth reaching…

For me it depends on the purpose of the space. For example a "team homepage" may benefit from having a "meet the team" section that includes who's on the team and what they do. A project homepage could benefit from having metrics or project goals. Personally I tend to shy away from index pages as I find search and/or…
-
ohh, nice solution! Only difference with Content Properties (new name for "page properties") is that it lives on a Page/Live Doc/Blog, so you'd be able to add more info or context to that vs. a Database that wouldn't contain the same type of info. e.g. if I'm using it on a page that also describes the background of the…

There were axolotl!? How'd I miss that :D

Hean Tech will be there!
-
Glad I've helped inspire you @Stephen_Lugton ! I think this topic will become even more prevalent as more AI is used... I've lost count of the number of times people have asked me how to improve Rovo results, or asked "why does it give bad answers"...
-
Glad I could get you over the line @Dagný Eva Magnúsdóttir ! Me too @Chris Brown ! Sure hope so @Gloribel Leticia Veras :D @Tushar Dhumal hope to see you there @Angie Affolter - yes, recordings will be posted to youtube and also accessible via the links above post-event
-
Heya @Tracy Carlson - yes, all sessions are available here

huh - that is an odd one! Mermaid is a markup language for creating visual diagrams. As I understand it it's what a lot of AI LLMs use to render them since it allows creation via text. Unsure why Rovo interpreted your request to provide Mermaid since I don't believe Confluence native supports it, although a number of…
