Hi @Jack Yu , thanks for the article! This sounds interesting, but we already have a "Risk Summary" tab in changes and am wondering how different or similar this is from that? Does it replace it? Also, I don't see this AI Risk Assessment in our Change work types. I don't see it as a feature to enable in the Jira space…

@Ella Hilton @Vania Vergara @Eduardo Santos Is there any plan to restart this effort? The new filter results gadgets were really promising. It tied the look-and-feel and functionality of the dashboard with the rest of Jira.

Thanks, @Trudy P Claspill ! So interesting the direction this might take and curious if they will post an article about the change. Assets is so much broader than IT Assets so curious if they're splitting it off or what. Guess we'll find out!

Awesome, glad it worked out! Happy Asset Automating!
-
Hi there @Robert DaSilva _Blue Ridge_ , we have an automation running that creates asset objects and fills in attributes, including attributes that are references to other objects. We use the ID/key of the asset, which seems to be the main way automation recognizes the objects for attribute population, regardless if you…

I am waitlisted for the research participation but very happy to join if a spot opens up. We've maxed out the limits of JSM forms and done some really hacky things to get closer to how other software tools' forms work. I do have a questoin @Anshumaan Bhartiya. I see this is making the conditional logic for sections more…

This has been a long time coming and we CAN'T WAIT to use these!!!!!

Here's a related JAC suggestion open about this if you want to vote on it: * CONFCLOUD-79626: Ability to filter Insert Confluence List macro with space
-
Hi @Jet is there a JAC suggestion for this that we can vote and watch?
-
@Dhanapal Mohanasamy it would be really cool if through the UI and/or REST API, we were able to search automation rules that contained certain components. For example, the new email action just got released and we want to update all the rules that have the old email action to the new one. Right now we have to more or less…

I was looking for something exactly like this and this solved my use-case. Thanks @Suzi Firth ! Love when the older forum posts keep giving!

Hi @Dushyant Sharma @Rahil Hameed thanks for sharing this exciting update! This caught my eye while building some new automation rules recently. One this I noticed in the rich text editor is the Link macro/element you can add. We really love hyperlinking things in automated emails like below: <a href="{{issue.url}}">Click…

I'd like to add my vote here as well @Hermance NDounga We use assets to track our software products, applications we develop, etc. so JPD seemed like a no-brainer as a tool to manage the roadmap of our applications, features, etc. and loop in our customers. In addition to linking this items in Jira via Asset Custom Fields…
-
Hi @Tanguy Crusson thanks for the update here! To submit new suggestions or bugs for JPD, how would we do that? I didn't see that JPD has a project in JAC or ecosystem Jiras. Are we able to vote on features to help your teams prioritize them like we can in JAC?
-
Congrats!
-
It was a great sessions and loved learning all the new features!
-
Thanks so much, @Tim Pettersen for your detailed response. I'm pleasantly surprised and appreciate the partnership here! Thank you for giving me ideas for alternatives. We are able to pull off a JSM user menu without too much distraction/impediment to the other service projects' customers. I might write up an article on…

This was such a save. Thank you, @Tanguy Crusson !!
-
Thanks @jruby for sharing your use of JPD with CSM!! We have thought long and hard about using assets as a CRM for our customers, because of their attributes, macros to embed into Confluence, etc. JPD seems like a fine choice also. Going to have to mull over pros and cons on using JPS v. assets. JPD certainly looks nicer…

This is so exciting and long-awaited! We can't wait to be an early adopter of this :-) Thank you for the very detailed article @Marie Casabonne 👏👏👏
-
Thanks @Jasmine Garrett, for sharing how you use JPD!
-
The roadmap view is new and snazzy!! We will definitely be exploring it!
-
Thanks @Ashoke Chakrabarti for showing your team's use-case!! One question for ya: * Most everything seems to be an idea work type in your JPD. The fact that there are only ideas stopped us from expanding JPDs use as it would muddy what an idea is and confuse our folks. But now with JPD Premium, they have introduced the…

Thanks so much, @Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ , unfortunately this is for a business project, not a service project, which I believe still does not support approval workflows.
-
Thanks @Lucas Knorr! I think I've figured out why I was having such a hard time finding this for my use-case. It seems like these custom validators and other scripts uses are not available for use with team managed projects. Does that seem right to you? We are using a team-managed project to leverage approval functionality…

I love these [Product] Months/Weeks! They're so fun!
-
We're getting this and excited to play with all the bells and whistles!

Hi @Sajjad Ali , definitely understand the weird behavior here! The smart value, will generally dump things out as text. You can get around this, though, by copying the field values instead. This would look something like: The key here, is to set "copy from" to "parent work item" - also probably a good idea to check the…
-
Yep, exactly!! You got it! :-) We have one set up this exact way and it's a nice way to exclude one that we know we don't want an SLA on and if someone else comes along and adds a new request type, it doesn't mess those up too.
