Hi @Goran Stoyan , welcome to the community. I completely understand your concern. This comes up a lot once roadmap planning moves into Plans, because Plans assumes a team is fully available for planned work unless you tell it otherwise. There's no single "correct" method, but here's how each of the options you mentioned…

Hi @Barbara Homer , welcome to the community. I understand how you feel, and sometimes it can be extremely hard to keep track of what you've done throughout the week. What you're looking for is not native to Jira, but you can find a third-party app from the marketplace. You can use TimePlanner - Timesheets, Time Tracker &…

Hi @Roberta Antonini thanks for reading the article. We're glad that you find our app's feature helpful 🙌
-
Hi @Calogero Bonasia, thank you for reading your reading and question. Sadly, our app, Teamboard TimePlanner, cannot integrate with BigPicture, and the information of approved leave request cannot synchronize with BigPicture. However, TimePlanner also has a built-in Schedules view to help you see how tasks and workload are…

Congrats to all winners, and thank you to all partners participating in Apptoberfest this year. There are a lot of creative and fascinating demos 😊
-
@Reinbeaux.Leitch thank you so much. Glad to hear that you guys are migrating to Jira. Don't forget to give AssetIT a try to make your ITAM easier 😉
-
Thank you @Jens Schumacher , the board looks amazing!
-
Thank you so much @Jens Schumacher - Released_so . I also posted one more demo for the Apps4ITSM category. Can I mention you in that article's comment so you can add it to the Apptoberfest board too?

Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy , I have a problem when writing an article to participate in the Apptoberfest 2025. My article with the youtube video link was put into in moderation when I published it. So, it isn't available on the community App Central group. Can you kindly help me give it a check? Or should I try publish another…

Hi @Quintin Kruger and welcome to the community. If you have anything uncertain, feel free to raise a question, and we as the community will try our best to answer. You can spend some time surfing and looking around to see if any topics/discussion/articles catch your interest ;-) And don't forget to take a look at the…

Congratulations guys 🙌 Love your video and tool also

Very nice demo video. I almost forgot my journey to Apptoberfest too 🤓

Hi @Michel Feddema , welcome to the community. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to change the hyperlink's default color in Confluence.
-
Very nice video and it is funny too
-
Oh In that case, you might want to take a look at their docs or user guide for this copy link feature.
-
Hi Nur Arini, for heading 2 of your Confluence page, this icon is located at the end of the line with the symbol shown in the below image. It will prompt a message "copy link to heading." You can give it a check again
-
Hi @Nur Arini, welcome to the community. Yes, you can. As for now, you can copy the link to a specific heading of the same page to get directed to that separate paragraph. When hovering over a heading, there will be an icon indicating a copying link. Hope it helps.

Hi @Verena Kunz-Gehrmann, welcome to the community. Regarding to your situation, you have to change the preferred language setting in your Atlassian account. First, click your avatar icon and choose Manage Account. Then, go to Account preferences. Now you can change the language you want to use in Confluence (and…

Hi @neha jagwani, welcome to the community. It depends on your project needs and, well, your organization's requirements. With Company-managed projects, you will have deeper configurations (like mapping issue screens, creating custom issue fields, etc.). Hope it helps.
-
@[deleted] oh and please keep in mind that this link will be public to anyone. So, you need to be cautious before sharing them.
-
No problem at all 😊 Glad that my answer is the one you're looking for. Also, please consider accepting my answer if you find it helpful. Much appreciated
-
Hi @[deleted], welcome to the community. Just to make things clear first, you mentioned "influence" will be Confluence right? (please correct me if I'm wrong) Regarding your question: Yes, you can set your Confluence pages as "View only" public links and share them publicly with your end users who need to see and review…

Hi @Liora Naginsky , I think you can try to display a delay in your Jira Align by using the Roadmap view to show the planned versus actual timeline. You can also highlight the delayed items with different colors or markers. Or, you can use gant charts to show the timeline, dependencies, and where delays are occurring with…

Hi @Robbie Duckie, thank you for your suggestion. I came across Structure by Tempo too, but I haven't tested it out yet. Maybe I'll give it a try for my future projects.
-
Thanks for the updates @PJ Zaiac it looks like this is going to be a fun summertime 😁
-
@Robbie_Edwards thanks for reading my article. In the Taking advantage of Jira dependency mapping section, I used Routemap - Portfolio Roadmaps, Timeline Gantt-chart & Kanban for Jira to create my project roadmap and visualize my Jira dependencies. So, I understand that taking advantage of the dependencies and Jira issue…

Hi @mark hardwick Sadly, I don't have that option on my end, either. So, I think the only way now is to create a new project. However, you can export all issues (locate the Issues tab on the project board header) from your current business project as a CSV file and then import them to your new Software development project.…
-
Hi @mark hardwick, welcome to the community. From your screenshots, I'm guessing that you created your team project using the Business Project template or the Process Management template. And sadly, these templates don't support creating Scrum or Kanban board (as far as I know). In order to use sprints, you will have to…

Thanks for your input. So I think you might need something like Scrumban (which is a combination of Scrum with sprint planning and Kanban board) to have better management with visuals. As for now, I can recommend testing out the sprint Kanban feature from Routemap -Portfolio Roadmaps, Timeline Gantt-chart & Kanban for…
