Hi @Andre, welcome to the community. I believe what suits you (and your team) best in this case is to find a solution available on the Atlassian marketplace, as they are well-tuned and have seamless integration with Jira. Currently, there are various solutions available. So it would be a great help if you could provide…

Hi @Pankajkumar Dave, welcome to the community. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here and we can help you find what you need 🙌

Hi @anitam, this is how I add more fields to Jira tickets or issues. I think you can give it a try. First, from your project board/timeline, scroll down on the left column and you should find the Project settings tab. Then, click Issue types. Now you can add more fields (on the right column) to your Jira tickets, whether…

Hi @[deleted], it's great to see such an interesting question. Like you mentioned, the first thing I will look for is the Cloud fortified status of a specific app. This proves that I can rely on the vendor who made the app to keep my data secured. And besides, it also relates to other trust indicators like SOC 2 or…

I believe your case relies mostly on internal process, not the tool. Tasks from team B will need to be carefully prioritized and planned for execution FIRST in order for team A to start working. Team B will have to tackle the backlog in the ticket queue and plan out the starting and ending dates. And in case team B finds…

And I just want to add an article from Atlassian about configuring dependencies here for reference. It gave me a really thorough instruction on this topic. Kudos to the team 🙌

Hi there, thank you for your question. About your concerns, can you please contact us via the Support Desk so we can provide a thorough guide on this matter? We appreciate your time and consideration with Routemap.

For me, my favorite community moment in 2023 was the Apptoberfest in October. It was delightful to see so many people gathered around to celebrate and work together to give the most creative video ideas 🙌 Me and my team had lots of fun when making videos as well.
-
Good luck to all. It's such an opportunity to be engaged in the community, and it also brought lots of fun for us when making the Routemap scroll demo together. Looking forward to future events 🙌
-
Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy, thank you for your quick response. I'm glad to hear that. This is such a great opportunity to join a community event like this. Still, we will keep in mind the details (like this) to avoid any misunderstandings in future events.

Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy, thanks for the information. After discussing with my team, we decided to submit the demo https://community.atlassian.com/t5/App-Central/Apptoberfest-Demo-Get-Ready-For-Your-Next-Adventure-With/ba-p/2498062 by @Liam Do - DevSamurai for this Apps for Business category. I hope this helps in confirmation.…

Hi @Marin Varvodic, glad you like the article. I'll try to cover more about the prioritization and techniques as I found that there aren't many topics about them. I hope to provide more useful information to the community for better understanding while learning and exploring the platform.

Hi @evans.keith82 , welcome to the community! Firstly, I think you might want to take a look at the Atlassian Rules of Engagement and follow the guidelines. Next, if you have any specific questions, you can try to search for them before asking the same questions. There are chances that someone in the community has already…
-
Hi @Raymond Toh , Welcome to the community. If you want to know/learn something, just simply raise a question or discussion (but remember to search first in case there was already an answered question related to your concerns). Cheers.

Welcome to the community Casey. Feel free to ask a question or make a discussion if you want to get more information
-
Hi John, Thank you for your sharing. I see that communicating among members and stakeholders is one of the biggest keys to effective prioritization.
-
HI @Shvetima Gulati Sorry, it was my mistake for not clarifying at first. What I originally meant is that you might want to ask each member of the group to check their personal settings. If their notification settings are turned off, they cannot get notified even when you want them to, right? And besides, I also pointed to…
-
Hi @Shvetima Gulati , welcome to the community. I haven't been through your case so I'm not sure if my answer helps. However, I think you might want to check for account(s) settings for notification. You can take a look at this first https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/…

Thank you very much. Hope our apps to be a great help to other users.

Hi @Faizal Rahman , It's my pleasure to come across your discussion to learn more about using Jira. I'm relatively new to Jira and besides scouting for answers in the community, I want to improve myself with Jira to support my work. And hats off to @Alex Koxaras -Relational- for the tips. They are really helpful and…

Hi @Katarzyna Szumilas_Deviniti_ , As for now, Jira Product Discovery is definitely one of the tools you should try. The Atlassian team has also just brought it from Beta to GA recently. Still, if you want to have better product management from top to bottom, I would recommend Routemap - Roadmaps, Structure Gantt Timeline…

This is a very informative article. Thank you for sharing.

Hi @BIRARA ABEBAW , So basically, you'll see a list of challenges in the second column, tagging with "To do." You simply have to complete each challenge bit by bit to raise your Kudos score and level up. There is a bunch of different challenges so just pick the ones you like. Cheers!

As a matter of fact, we did take a look back at our project as it is still in the initial phase. We will switch to the MoSCoW for the time being before going back to RICE. Thanks for your response. It helped us decide what we needed to complete first.

This is interesting because I and my team have encountered the same thing. I am thinking of a way around it by giving notes or comments first before updating the impacts. Still, I think that the best way to fix this is to add something like requiring a person tag to know who and when the adjustment is made.
