Can't help if Trello team can be phoned (I'm just a user like you)... But I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 (Your scenario is similar to Example 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqmCHU_QxY8&t=387s) Might be easier for you to understand

From after the 20th of May, a Free Trello workspace can only have 10 users, it is not possible with out of the box Trello to have 26 people for free. View only users (aka observers) only exist in Trello Premium or higher, where you do not need to pay for them if they only are guests on a single board... But you need to pay…
-
In order to use the single guest mode, you need to be on a paid plan, so guess if you are only you, you need to pay for a sinle license (6 USD/Month)
-
Sounds like your calculations are correct. Only thing that is a bit unclear is why you need two workspaces, and if the 10 paid members are in both or not... If they are in both, the you need to pay for them twice. Other important thing is that the single-user members on the board and not workspace members (they are only…
-
At most if you not pay, is that the board become read-only so you can only see data but not add/update data I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8
-
At the top of your board is a button called "Power Ups" press that, and you should see an entry for the specific PowerUp... Press Settings and then Disable to uninstall it
-
Are you sure you have the correct token (see this video on how to get one: https://youtu.be/ndLSAD3StH8?si=pSeJMrNQ3_stTT8E) Also I assume to have replace the {id} with a real ID.. If not see this video on how you find the Trello Id: https://youtu.be/es84INLIiKI?si=U420ZBb_gAu-cEAw
-
If still relevant, then this tool can do it: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/Overview (it will take a bit of time collecting all the data live (below screenshot took ~35 sec to generate))
-
If you make 41 uses that are not on multiple, only guests on their single board, then you do not need to pay for them if you switch to a paid plan... You only need to pay for the 9 users that are on multiple boards... But it is important the 41 are only guests... If the are workspace members they count as paid users…
-
How do you arrive at 3700USD... Each user on a standard paid plan is 5$/Month if paid in 12 month intervals, so at most it is 1800USD, and it might not be that high is some members only work on a single board as guest (they would be free)... I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples:…
-
I assume you use the API, this error indicate that you are trying to create a new card, but you are not indicating in your payload the id of the list that card is on (this is mandatory)
-
It depends on how many of the users are guests on single boards, and how many are workspace members and how many of the guests are on multiple boards: I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 (Your scenario is similar to Example 3:…

As long as you are below 10 User, 10 Boards and do not need any more features (like Custom fields or advanced view), then Trello is 100% free to use :-) As for switching between account in the App, the press press you profile picture on the main screen and choose "Switch Account"
-
I don't think there is a way beyond using the API to do this in bulk... But if you are up for being an early beta-tester of a new free tool I'm building to help with requests just like this, it can be done here: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/ I've made this small video that shows the tool in…
-
An alternative could be to store the files of in One-drive, dropbox or Google drive, and store a share-link on the card.
-
Yea... That would be a problem... And I've also just checked and limit is the only option there is... How about splitting the request into two... One for all the open cards and one for all the closed cards (instead or the "/all")? ...
