Not real pagenation as such, but you could instead get all lists on the board and the get all cards on each list as a sort of pagenation
-
Are you on a paid Trello plan? (Free plans do no have the ability to make custom fields)
-
Can't see why not... Only billing of paid plans are linked to a company, so creating two workspaces (one for each company) sounds like the safe way to go here.

You can see comparison of the different plans here: https://trello.com/en/pricing (Timeline view is in premium an Enterprise: https://trello.com/views/timeline)

Many of the messages have been sent out to everyone regardless if they are over or not. Best way to know is on your boards you see a yellow top banner or not... If you see a such you are over and you should go to the members tab on the workspace as that will show you why (could be old guests, pending invites or actually…
-
Could it be that you have applied a filter to your board, and the cards disappearing does not match the filter? (if you see a "clear all" button top right, try and press it)
-
There are no limitations on either as such, but there are how many times a month you can use the automations you create (250 workspace commands / month)
-
That is correct... If you reduce the total amount of users to 10 or lower the current warning message on top of the board will go away and nothing will happen on May 20th. But bear in mind future budget-wise that if your team grows an 11th user, then you need to start paying for all 11 users.

Your question is a bit hard to follow, you say you need to reduce to 12 users, but the new limit is 10 users so where do you get the 12 from? But if you are 12 users that all need to access and edit all 5 boards, you can't stay free and need to upgrade to standard where you need to pay for 12 users (5$/Month on a yearly…
-
You will need to pay for all members and multi-board guest (In a paid plan all except the single-board-guests need to be paid for) :-/
-
You might have a previous pending invite that also count toward the limit... Try going to the workspace and select the members section for a full overview

The info have been sent out to everyone just in case... If you are not seeing a yellow banner at the top of your boards you are not affected...If you see a such you might have pending or older users around you did not realize and you need to clean up. You need to be on a paid plan to leverage the Single user Guests for the 30 users... But then they are free and you only need to pay for the 10 original users... On a free plan single user guest feature does not exist so you need the paid plan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqmCHU_QxY8&t=387s)

If it works now, and you are below 10 boards and 10 users I see no problem (If a person is added to a board and not a workspace they can only see that board and not other boards) If the question is regarding if you at some point go over 10 users and need to go to the new paid rules I've made this 10 min video on how the…

I'm afraid you can't stay free, as the "Single Board guest" feature is only something that takes effect on Paid plans (free plans need to stay below 10 users regardless of how they are set up)... So you need a paid plan Where you then do not need to pay for the 12 of them. I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules…
