If the service disappear/hacked, then there is essentially nothing to migrate from, so what is the true question here? * If it is that you do not trust Trello (Atlassian) to keep your data safe/continue the service, there are many other Similar Tools like Trello (Azure DevOps, Monday, Asana). Best way to find a service…

Billing terms are on workspace level, so you can't pay for some Annuly and others Monthly. Details of switching to monthly billing for a workspace (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Billing-How-to-change-from-anual-to-monthly-payments/qaq-p/2454422)

This is normal... "Share" a board is actually "Give Access to board" and Trello have a global list of all users in the world. So be extra carefull when you search that you find the right user and not someone that have a similar name (in fact I will say the mostsecure way is to share by typing in an email instead of a name)…

The Create Workspace button have just moved to another menu
-
As it is a paid plan, you can have as many members as you like (as you pay for them)... Only free users in a paid plan is Single Board guest users (which you can also have unlimited of btw)
-
Trello do no have cards within cards, but you can link cards to each other (by going to a card, choose attachment and select/search/past link to other card)
-
Hmm, there should also be Label Added events like these... Only way I can think of where this event is not present is if the Card was created with the label initially using automation/api or if card was copied from another card with the label already on it.
-
Yes, you can check if that is the reason. To see the Id, you need to either: 1. Use the export to see the Id: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWYEg1wPVYY or 2. Use this PowerUp to see the id: https://trello.com/power-ups/646cc3622176aebf713bb7f8

According to the call you have a Trello CardId of '668abaa10b40da3a2ca56242' in th e request... If there is no card with this id, or the logged in user do B not have access to this Card you would get a 404
-
A 404 error normally means that what you request do not exist (not found). So perhaps the CardId is wrong somehow. In general there do not seem to be anything generally wrong with the Trello API (I've made multiple attachments via the API today)

Hi, This free tool is able to do it: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/CardHistory
-
Hi Max. Yes, unfortunately that is not something keept in their history, so the tool can't show this 😔... I know they are considering adding that to history but it is not yet there... Sorry
-
From the archived List of Cards, instead of pressing the Send to board button, press the card itself to see it in its archived state. Then press the List lini at the top to choose its un-archive destination
-
This Free Tool can se history and previous values for a card: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/CardHistory
-
Yes, seems so.. mails are flowing again it seems 👍
-
Every plan is unlimited storage. In free plan each file can max be 10 mb... In standard and higher each file can max be 250 mb Source:https://trello.com/pricing

I have same issue (thought it was just me or it was not public)
-
Perhaps this will work: - Make him admin again - Make him log in and invite you to the board (or make you admin if already on the board) - Once you are admin you should be able to close and then delete the board
-
While not its primary function, this tool can list all archived items: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/BatchArchive But more general: What is your specific wish to gather from the lists? (I'm the developer of the above tool so filtering and more could be easily added if need be)

Are you familiar with Trello Labels? : https://www.atlassian.com/blog/trello/taco-tuesdays-learning-to-love-labels ... Would say they are kind of the same as Tags if I understand your question right.
-
Trello uses Markdown for text styling: https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/ So while there is no visual tools to help with the formatting it is still possible (although a bit more nerdy) In fact many people once they learn markdown prefer to write this way as you can 100% focus on the text input...
-
It depends on the details of what "clean" mean, but if it is clear/change things link title, description, labels and such this tool have show you the full history of a specific card: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/CardHistory
-
Of a free account there can be you and up to 9 guests for a workspace (10 collaborator limit). On a paid account you can have unlimited quests for free as long as they are only guests on a single board)
-
Quick that show a move in action: https://youtu.be/XKYLfUJN86U?si=vMUGfaaVwZfoX-fb
-
Please see this video on how to get the API key and Token: https://youtu.be/ndLSAD3StH8?si=LcdBtoj7CmeJ6TBz (the url you describe is not the normal way to do it)
-
All paid plans are as such ulimited, but you of cause need to pay for each user that are not a single board guest.
-
I don't know the specific max limit, but I have actually hit it in some automated API testing so it do exist despite the documentation... Imterestingly you can't actually delete a list (the API does not have such an option), so in your case the best approach if properly to moved some/all of the archived lists to an Archive…
-
You seem to be in the wrong spot... The menu is on the board itself... This video show you how: https://youtu.be/XKYLfUJN86U?si=GTLBjYU3aPS7u4J-

Do you mean Labels in General on a Board or Remove Labels on Cards? If Labels on a Board (require admin rights): * Go to the top right of the board and press the "..." button * Choose Labels * On the right of each Label is a pencil... Press that to edit the label * In the bottom Right of the Popup there is a Delete button…

Such things are normally controlled by the Operating System and not Trello itself. In Windows 11 you do the following * Press Start search/go into settings * Choose Apps > Default Apps * At the top of Default Apps search for MAILTO * Press the current Default to choose a new
