Hi Liron, What use is the page tree available when you view a page if you're on a Space and can't find a page to view because the page tree is missing. Seems a bit like a circular argument. I'm sure there are some use cases where the page tree might have been distracting on Space pages, so make it configurable, optional.…

Hi, The whole point of internal comments are they are for the service desk team. There is no permissioning at this time for such a feature, but that does sound very interesting. Maybe something similar to this request: JSDSERVER-3392 Cheers Susan.
-
Hi Vikas, I do not believe that this is possible. Please vote for JSDSERVER-4570. I too have had the same challenge. I think there should be a third option in the comment, etc notifications "Entire Organization". Susan
-
Dear Atlassian, If I was to peruse the list of voted features in JAC, pretty sure there wasn't anything voted up like "remove page tree from sidebar because it slows things down" Please stop changing the UI every release and concentrate on the issues that are sitting with 500+ votes. That's what your user community wants,…

Hi Tim, So I had no luck with any automated way of setting up the customers and Organizations when we migrated. I did it all manually. I did convert my users list into a comma delimted list and cut and paste into the organization so it went pretty quickly. Maybe someone else knows how to do it via REST API? Organizations…

Hi Martin, It's been updated. The only way it will get reviewed is if we get a LOT of noise in there. I have added in a pointer back to these conversations. Please vote and make noise in the issue. Susan
-
Hi, That looks right. And the issue is assigned to an agent and not just left unassigned? For our service desk we customized the notification scheme so that issue created goes to the "Service Desk Team". Maybe you want to add the Service Desk Team into comment added to see if anyone gets those notifications? Otherwise I'm…

Everyone, Please add these comments and vote for: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-56841

Hi Jonathan The Customer request type is ONLY for the portal and does not show on the JIRA Create screen. It will be on the view and you can edit it once it's been created via the portal. You can vote for it here: JSDSERVER-1211 Or there is a plugin - Extensions for Service Desk that will allow that. Susan
-
Customer Notifications? Are they all enabled?
-
Hi Matthew, Did you check out the "approvers" built-in functionality for JSD? https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-approvals-816880004.html Susan
-
Great. You can vote for this issue where this is a popular feature request: JSDSERVER-1034 If happy, please mark this question as answered :-)
-
Hi Service desk queues only work on a single service desk project. I would suggest you use a dashboard and the gadget "Assigned to me" Susan
-
Hi Willy, If the issue remains in the same status when it's moved from one issue type to another, there won't be a customer notification. It's only if the status changes. Susan
-
Hi Manu, I only know of the plugin Insight - Asset Management that will provide a full view/db of an Asset's properties. Susan
-
Intenso has a couple of JSD Plugins - Extension for Service Desk and Dynamic Forms that could meet that requirement. Nothing native in JSD at the moment. Susan
-
Hi Willy, Sounds like you are having a problem with notifications from the project (not Customer notifications). In your personalized workflow, in your post functions what event are you firing off when the issue status changes? If it's one where there are no notifications this could be the problem. Susan
-
No Problem, if happy with answer please mark answered
-
Hi Matthew, This is a much voted feature: JSDSERVER-1107. The Add-on Extension for Service Desk will allow you to add a field for viewing only. Hope that helps Susan
-
project = <projectname> and status = Open and assignee is EMPTY Save the Filter Then you can make a subscription.. SEnd to your dispatch person (may need a group or role ). Select Advanced for scheding - Use cron expression to fire off every 5 minutes. Something like this: 0 00/5 9-17 ? * MON-FRI That fires off every 5…
-
Hi Matthew Currently there is no way to do that. Please vote for: JSDSERVER-4037. We certainly suffer as well from small portals!! Susan
-
Sad Face too! Can you mark as answered, if you're at least satisfied with responses. And please get in there and vote for those issues.
-
Hi Rhiannon, The first question is raised in this request: JSDSERVER-4926. There seems to be no way to fix the reply as it is raised here: JSDSERVER-3783. So unfortunately, no answers or fixes, other than Atlassian is aware of both these issues. Susan
-
Hi Mike, Is this notification for the Agent? You could use a filter/subscription to fire off every 5 minutes based on the jql that the issue is created, unassigned. Susan
-
Hi Susi, We use Tempo for billable/non-billable time as well. Don't be discouraged by some of the reviews, this is a top tier product. Susan
-
Hi Susi, This is beyond just service desk this is a known missing? feature in JIRA. THis question may be of interest: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/JIRA-questions/JIRA-Time-Tracking-to-include-Linked-Issues/qaq-p/298827
-
Hi Alexander, I think you can do this with a add-on: Intenso - Extensions for JIRA Service Desk. Otherwise a cascading select field? Cheers
-
Hi, Please vote for my issue to have a page tree back on the Space page: CONFCLOUD-56841 Susan
-
Hi Michael, Make the priority field "required". And then hide it from the screen. That will then ensure that the priority will take your set value. Susan
-
Hi Susi, So the Support Agents create a linked issue in a NON service Desk project (e.g. Software project) for the developers. The developers can log their time only in the Software project. Cheers,
