For such as simple form, with only 3 required fields, there isn't much to go wrong. My initial thought would be that it's related to the verification you're using with having to enter a word, try again after a few minutes and see if leaving a bit longer between ticket attempts works. There is also the possibility that the…

@Vera_wyss Has this happened before, or have customers been able to create 2 or more tickets in the past?
-
Hi @Kevin , Re-ordering subtasks has only ever been possible when you have more than 1 subtask for a given task/story, and even then you can only reorder them compared to the other subtasks under that task/story
-
Hi @Vera_wyss If all the required fields are filled in then have they checked that what they've entered is in the correct format? Without more information it's hard to help you, we would need to know how they created the ticket, what type of fields are required etc. Have you been able to replicate the issue yourself?

That's a good way of looking at it @Carolina Castro , and another way of thinking about it, instead of using pictures, is to imagine each work item going into a bucket (you can even use grey, blue and green buckets to show the StatusCategory)

We mostly use Miro for whiteboarding, but recently I've moved to using Confluence Whiteboards for retrospectives. I try and use a different format each time, not just what went well, what didn't, and what should we change. By using Whiteboards I can make each retro visually appealing and the team can easily collaborate: To…

Hi @Daniel Roberts , There are other ways to view your work items instead of just on the board, these may even make your reporting easier. The information on your board can be viewed in List and All Work views: In the List view there is an easy Filter you can use to show Done items that were updated in the last year: You…

Hi @Carolina Castro , I had a look at the article about a cumulative flow diagram (CFD) that @Matteo Vecchiato linked; the example given there is fundamentally wrong, which will not help you. The example is: * If you start a sprint with 5 work items, they will begin in the To Do column. If you view the CFD, it will show 5…

I've just added a team managed board to the filter for a multi-project sandbox board, and I'm able to move the team managed work items in the sandbox board, so I don't think you're wrong @Trudy P Claspill

Hi @PLaksh11 Premium and Enterprise licenses provide a delay action in automations, so if you're on either of those licenses you can do the following: Add in a new status between ToDo and Draft e.g.: * Todo -> Initial Review -> Draft Make sure that the transition from Initial Review to Draft can only be done by automation…
-
That post-function delay is provided by the JMWE app, so would need to have that app installed to use the delay.

Hi @Pooja Neemkar , Unfortunately we can't access those links to see what is going on as they're for you companies Jira instance. It would help if you could share screenshots. Can you confirm whether you're using a company or team managed project? The reason I'm asking is that you've mentioned both Story Points and the…

We're in a regulated financial industry, so we have one very simple rule for using AI: A human reads and signs off on everything! AI is a great tool, and I have used it to rewrite boring instructional content that I've created, but you have to be aware that AI hallucinates, and we can't risk creating inaccurate content,…

@Vladislav Sinkevitch that would work yes
-
ok, yes I'm seeing the same as you, the order they are appearing in appears to be related to the status ID. My test list is sorted in this order: Like you, this is different to my board column order. When you look at the text version of the workflow you can see the Status (id), it looks as if the list view sorts by To Do…

Welcome to the community @Anthony Morais

Hi @Isabel Green Just to confirm; you're looking at the order of statuses as they appear in the list view rather than as they appear in the workflow transition? If that is the case, the generic names you've given us in your example may be masking the issue from us, can you check whether the actual statuses you use are in…

Hi @Ryan Chown The approach I would recommend is to get a product admin to create a new custom single select field for you, you can name it the same as the field on your form, and ask them to include the same options you have in your existing dropdown field. You can then link this new custom field to the field on your…

Hi @Alison Pollock If you have an IT Support Desk they will be the best point of contact; Space Admins don't have the ability to create accounts, that is only possible for Org Admins who will usually be part of IT Support.

I'm glad you solved the issue and thanks for letting us know so other people can see your solution.

Hi @제이슨 The access to individual spaces is set up through permissions, unless set up differently by your org or product admins, all spaces will typically share the same permissions. Access to spaces is controlled by the Browse Projects permission, and if this is set up to include roles such as 'Any logged in user',…

Another option where you could avoid issue level security would be: * Create a new project * Give access to that project to both your team and the necessary non-team members * Update the board filter on your original project to include work items in the new project e.g. If you board filter is 'Project = MyProject' update…

Hi @Sabine Gruppe You're not the first person to have this kind of question, take a look at https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/How-to-implement-issue-level-security-per-epic-to-restrict-users/qaq-p/2114877 to see comments from other people who have answered similar questions

Hi @Izabela Roseo Welcome to the community! As a starting point, you need to be aware that each of your boards has a filter that defines what is shown on that board, so you may not need to group by board, but rather by what differentiates the two boards, e.g. board 1 represents work for team 1 and board 2 represents work…

I may just have missed the timescale for necroing a post, but I wanted to close off my previous comments with an almost end of year update: Yesterday I did this: Which means I've now earned this the hard way (rather than the easy mode ACH way): That's my certification goals for the year done, but now that there's an easy…

@Barbara Szczesniak I don't need to worry about what to cook for the family; my girlfriend has already ordered the meat and things like stuffing and pigs in blankets, all I have to do is pick them up the day before, and I decide how I want to cook the vegetables, I'm probably going with 4 or 5 out of: * Roast Potatoes with…

I try and spread shopping out around paydays, so I completed my Christmas shopping for everyone except my 9 year old daughter sometime in March at a craft fair, since then I've been working on next year's birthdays and Christmas 2026. My daughter's tastes have changed since march so I have to wait until now to get things…

Hi @Maryam Nafissi I can't be sure, but the date you stated that your customer received a blank email was 23 October, this was the day that AWS had an outage which affected Atlassian products, it is possible that this outage caused issues with the email send to your customer.

Hi @Vladislav Sinkevitch Is there any reason why you are removing the task? Typically you would leave your task in the Done status and not remove it so as to allow an audit trail, whether that is just to show the work was done, or to have a record of comments etc. If you don't remove a task the label won't be lost.
