Hi @Asier Vadillo Has the board admin tried expanding the sidebar? Your view shows the sidebar open, but their sidebar is closed

We so need a 'Cool Nerd' designation for having both certifications!

Thanks @Kristján Geir Mathiesen , this makes sense. I really wish though that there was an easy way to see what the exam number actually relates to; it doesn't show up on the learning page, or on the credentials in you profile. Do you know if there will be a practice exam like there is for ACP-520?

Since the team I support plays rugby, it's a fairly obvious choice of colour; All Blacks

I had a pair of green, black and orange tartan trousers. I had a luminous green t-shirt I was 29 I wore them together By my own choice I would do so again, but I think I may have aged out of the age range where I could do so without growing my beard longer.

I could probably go for the rest of the week without using AI (although if I happen to go to a garden centre and see a plant I like I might use AI on a picture of the plant to tell me how to place it and whether it will survive winter potted outside). Basically everything I'm doing at work for the next 3 days is meetings…

We have an internal company AI where I've created an agent to read my emails and teams messages and pull out any tasks that I need to focus on. I run it most mornings to create a summary of things I actually have to care about; it's particularly useful if I've had some time off or a busy day and didn't manage to check my…

1. What's your current job title? My job title is Agile Delivery Manager and Interim Head of Data Platform depending on the audience 2. Is your job Atlassian-related at all? Yes, I'm the business area admin and use Atlassian products for 50% to 75% of my time (this depends on when in the sprint cycle we are; first week is…

Thanks for this reminder @Cristian Quiroz Garcia - NTT DATA , I'd forgotten about the message field; this will. solve an issue that my data governance team has for listing which processes need to be followed!

Welcome to the community @Mauricio GALVEZ , good luck with your role as a Success Champion, and with you Cloud migration!

But a validator without a custom error message produces a cryptic message, and the difference between "helpful guardrail" and "mystery" is entirely dependent on whether someone took time to write a helpful prompt. In a previous company we had an old legacy program (it's old enough that it's a program not an app, and the…

When my daughter was very young we took her to the local library for baby / toddler 'Song, rhyme and story time'. We're still in touch with families that we met then. Unfortunately now she's 10 there aren't so many library offered sessions for her age so we don't go as much as we used to. But, since she's an avid reader we…

Pancake layer cake with grilled watermelon sitting on a balcony overlooking the bush, a mangrove swamp, olive groves or the ocean depending on who's house we were at. The Pancakes were cooked on a hot plate over a BBQ next to the grilling watermelon slices. They were then stacked up using a thin layer of Nutella to hold…

You've raised a good point there @Sarah Rank , the stand up needs to have value. I once took over a team that another delivery manager had been scrum mastering for and he just wanted a quick snappy response from everyone such as "I worked on ticket Jira-1111 yesterday, I'll work on it again today." That was all he wanted.…

HI @zoltanersek _outpostlabs_dev_ At some point you'll probably be told that: A daily stand-up should be strictly timeboxed to 15 minutes maximum, regardless of team size. If you take the view that Agile prioritizes adaptability, continuous feedback, and collaboration over rigid, long-term planning. then sticking to a…

A couple of years after I met my girlfriend she decided she wanted us to go and visit her family in Addis Ababa. She flew out a week or so before me and I joined her for New Year. Sometime before I took that 7 hour flight to Ethiopia I caught a chest infection, but it seemed to have cleared up a few days before the flight…

It depends how you want the information displayed, for example here's a Prompt you can use in Rovo: Please answer the following 3 questions: Who is the owner of this space? What is the project type of this space? Who are the project members in this space? When answering this question only return active members.

Depending on how we're asked for support, or how unrealistic the timescales are I am 'Mordac, the Preventer of Information Services' But the rest of the I'm more like the manager; making sure that they team understand * Why we're doing specific tasks, * What value they're generating, * What the task outcomes should be, *…

Hi @Akash Jha To answer your first question, it is possible to update the agent prompt with something like: CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1. You are a strictly factual assistant. Rely ONLY on the explicitly provided data. 2. Do not infer, speculate, extrapolate, or assume facts not directly contained in the source material. 3. If…

@Päivi Antikainen I went further in my audit, and after reading @Prashanth 's advice as well, I got Rovo to create a Jira Ownership prompt for an agent: You are a Jira ownership auditor. When triggered, perform the following steps: 1. PROJECTS — List all Jira projects. For each, check if the Project Lead is an inactive…
-
Rovo was also able to provide me with recommendations for who should be Space Owner for all 19 of those Spaces, and although Rovo couldn't reassign them itself it could create a list of links to the settings for those spaces to speed up the manual process
-
Hi @Päivi Antikainen I haven't tried setting up a Rovo Agent for this, but I just asked Rovo Can you list all Jira Projects that have an inactive Project Lead? I got a list of 19 projects that I now have to go and reassign the Project Lead, but you can start with that ... Note: I used Projects and Project Leads rather than…

I'm actually going through old projects / work items as a background task at the moment seeing if there is anything sill relevant in them that will stop me from archiving them. I'm doing the same with current projects, and I have some very simple Filters with subscriptions that email me regularly (monthly, fortnightly or…

Catching up with friends; we've mostly moved further away from where we grew up and/or have families now so the regular catchups of our youth are just whenever we can fit it in. Although in a few weeks it's the yearly get together of anyone who's still with us from a company I left 12 years ago; we never know who can make…

Hi @Gani Siddiqi , This is a community forum not Atlassian support, but we can give you help and advice. Although in this case the advice might not be what you want to hear. In Jira cloud, deleting a work item (issue) is permanent. It is completely removed from the database and doesn't go to a "recycle bin," meaning there…
