Congratulations @Rob Hean I took the exam the day before you started your video series, just like every other ACA you've done videos for this year, if I'd just waited I could have watched them before doing the exams not after! Now to start working towards those ACPs.

Hi @darshan_s1 All the other answers given will help with what you want, the only thing to remember is that if you select all issues for the bulk change you will not only stop watching the work items you don't want to watch but also stop watching any that you do want to watch, so you may want to go through and make sure…

Congratulations everyone and @Tomislav Tobijas well done for 100k

Hi @Regan Richard Go into your project settings, and on the left hand bar under Work items look for Types. When you click on types you should see a list of all work item types that can be used with that project, you nay find that the new sub-tasks you created are not in that list, if that is the case, click on the actions…

Hi @Harry Chung It looks like your CMS-28 lines up with your CMS Sprint 3, do you have your view set up to show dates by sprint?
-
Hi @PLaksh11 This is a really hacky workaround: * Create a new status e.g. Assign User * Set up a transition from Done to Assign User with the condition Hide from User * Set up a transition from Assign User to Done * Modify your automation: * Trigger: When work item transitioned to Done * Transition to Assign User * Edit…

Hi @Rhea Mabruk welcome, and I'm glad to see you're asking for help here. The JQL given by @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ can be used in addition to the JQL you've already created, since you're already showing request and all the subtasks e.g.: Your JQL AND issuetype = Sub-Task

Hi @kitty holloway and welcome, It would be helpful to have a screenshot of how you've set up the plan, but when you say you've set up the top level initiatives and linked them to the relevant epics etc by creating team names, are the epics themselves actually child tickets of the initiatives?

@Andy Gladstone having seen which of my old comments people are currently liking, we're definitely in trawling through necro-posts season!
-
My favourite toy as a really young child was a knitted orange lamb, although my mum claims that this never existed, so I may have imagined it

All the values are worthwhile remembering, not just in this community but in general, and for that 'Respect Others, No Bullsh*t ' works everywhere!

@Mario GELES have you seen the cute way their blood melts through the floor, what's not to like about that?

Hi @dominiclau.intern Rather than using 3 separate If matches, just use 1 and then add elseif checks e.g. If: matches AAA equals 0 BBB equals 0 CCC equals 0 comment: "AAA is empty" comment: "BBB is empty" comment: "CCC is empty" Else-If; matches AAA equals 0 BBB equals 0 CCC does not equal 0 comment: "AAA is empty"…

Hi @Jan For each of these filters, ORDER BY created DESC will sort the filtered tickets in decreasing order of when they were created, you can include this, leave it out or change it to how you want to view the tickets eg ORDER BY key ASC to sort into ascending key order

Well if we're going with favourite sci-fi species ...

Welcome @Anwesha Pan Take advantage of https://community.atlassian.com/learning to find things you want to learn more about.

Welcome @Brita Moorus I like the flexibility of Jira as well, but my old manager who left last month has joined a company where they have nothing like Jira, they're still back in the Excal for incident reporting age and he's now questioning his decision to move, at least we've still got Jira!
-
We've been trying to get more of our business teams using Jira and Jira Service Management for both new work (without referring to them as projects) and BAU, and changing the name away from projects will help with getting by in from those teams. @Shilpa Airi as @tradian and @Josh suggest, workspaces might be a better…

Welcome @Marcel Hager

My daughter is already planning for next year, she wants to grow vegetables, she was talking about tomatoes (and yes tomatoes are a fruit not a vegetable) and how we could grow them.
-
and Rosemary
-
Basil
-
Her mother has also joined in with windowsill plants
-
And she is very happy with her little garden
-
She made a good choice of colours
-
And as you can see from the small buds below the main flower there are still more to come, in fact she counted 15 buds that are still small and green on one plant over the weekend and more have started since then
-
We have had to deadhead some flowers, but there are still lots growing
-
While the Dahlias that she chose are blooming more
-
The sunflowers that she started off on the yellow pot are just starting to bloom now
