@ZFK we have an app that bulk changes smartlinks to URLs and the reverse. What we have learned from Link Editor by Easy Apps users is that these sites do not work either (unless recently changed): http://imdb.com/ http://loom.com/

@Stephen.Philip there are a few different numbered headings apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, step one is to determine which one. Your best bet is to contact your company's Confluence administrator. Numbered headings is not a built in Confluence feature as @Alex Ortiz noted it is a done by a third party app.

@Maximilian Grabmayr this might not be the core of what you want to do but as part of the migration you might need to bulk find and replace. We have created an app as it's not possible natively in Confluence - Space Content Manager.

I never use it. Almost forgot it exists. I use Recent in menu: Why would I open a new page, an extra click and a new page has to load. Slower. Start with Content, this is what is the most important:

@Andy Gladstone when an attachment or page (not sure if the same treatment for both) is in trash does it count towards storage limit? I know it does when archived.

@Alicia Legrand this doesn't deal with why it happened. But it's a way to bulk edit links. A feature of our app Space Content Manager is to bulk edit links from display URL or to display inline, see link editor tab.

Have you tired different pages to redirect to as a test, in different spaces, not a homepage? @Daniel Rykheer most apps are free for up to ten users. If they are not then you would already be paying. It is not related to having a free versus paid Atlassian account.

I agree that using labels well is worthwhile to improve your space usability. There are a few different options on the Atlassian Marketplace to manager labels. They all tend to do some core things, but then start to separate by features and price.

Option 1: offers little additional value to what already exists. Option 2: better but if was more like Google Drive, if it has a child then folder is only named If it is the bottom level shows a preview which is not simply the first characters, more like the first page.

@VINCENT DUPONT add a page title prefix and/or suffix in seconds with Space Content Manager. Choose the exact pages you want to change, see an exact preview. It's that simple: We keep adding new features.

@Yael Donnenfeld you need to use a paid app, might not be what you want to hear. There are 5 options on the marketplace, @Kristian Klima mentioned a couple of them. Our app, Numbered Headings by Easy Apps, updates the numbering whenever you re-publish, not the case with all of the apps.

@Sagar Zilpe creating good content is hard and so it maintaining it. We built a suite of tools to bulk edit content. I'm confident to say you will want to demo it - Space Content Manager. We will be adding a page tree and more. It's built in Forge and under active development. So please do share feature requests.
