Hello @Jeroen Within the admin.atlassian.com, have you selected your organisation and within it add the product?
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova , yes you are correct. All of the custom fields should be shown under the same roof which is Custom fields. This is not an expected behavior indeed.

Hello @Manik Lakhwani Have you tried clearing your cache and also starting in incognito mode?
-
Hi @Bart den Dulk There are some things that can be done partially from your question. For seeing all of the projects and their leads, you can use the gadget named Projects. Project type and URL are currently not available for fetching. Depending on how many projects you have, you can create a Workload pie chart that is…

Hello @rdroske Have you check in your Billing console if the status for the app is indeed in the cancelled status? It takes around 25 days for the app subscription to be cancelled
-
Hello @Yuliia Vyborova There is a big possibility that one is a system field while others are custom fields. You can go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields and search for Linked issues. Double check the type of the custom field and also on which screens they are applied to.
-
Hello @jpostelmans This can be done partially. And the reason is there are no automation action options to select a different board. If you had a separate project with one of your boards then cloning would be possible.

Hi @Jan Walsh This query looks up for everything in the parantheses first then adds everything outside of parantheses. issuetype = Task OR (issuetype = Feature AND status = "Ready to dev")
-
Hello @Anastasis Berdelis If you are trying to fetch your Confluence spaces, it won't work, because this API was deprecated.
-
Hello @Weronika Ociepka For something like this you would need the JWME application that needs to be applied to the validator of your workflow (Create transition). When you are adding the validation you need the Creator field to be select to be one of the groups where your team members are. For example: For error message,…

Hello @rtamam , currently there is no feature that supports this use case. As an alternative, you can always keep an eye on for the Atlassian cloud roadmap, Atlassian RFC. You can always raise support ticket for Atlassian with this suggestion.
-
Hi @Sandhya Muthukumar Hm, direct native in solution in Jira doesn't really have this. Check this page out: * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions/permission-to-create-specific-issue-type/qaq-p/339442#33270 You should find a workaround here.
-
When you test it out and if it solves your issue, kindly accept the answer.
-
No, since your account is linked with your data, not the app itself.
-
Reinstalling the app can help with the issue, other than that it's the problem in the app itself. Trello is operational.
-
Yes, you can cancel it any time.
-
It does, yes. You can select fields that you want to export specifically. I'd recommend giving it a test.
-
Hello @ntt_guruplar , natively, no, this is not possible. As a workaround, you can download miniOrange Issue exporter, which is not a free application (4$ a month). There are no free apps that support this use case.
-
Welcome to the community @Michael Scisco Sounds like a temporary bug. Have you used another browser and cleared the cache?
-
The workaround by Atlassian was proposed: * In user access settings (admin.atlassian.com), select Any domain * Locate the JSM product * For a role, choose None
-
Sadly, I am not the support of Atlassian. I've replicated this as well even if I have premium subscription. Do you have other products that have higher subscription than free? As a work around you can raise a support ticket for other products and refer that you are looking for Trello support. They should answer you.
-
Try with other browser as well, clear the cache from your current browser.
-
Hi @Paradise FOH , have you tried with https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ ?

Hi @Ravi Prasad An Entity ID is a globally unique name for a SAML entity, i.e., your Identity Provider (IdP). "UUID", which is a "universally unique identifier". There's an essay here, but it's probably not of any use (and certainly boring) once you realise you can say a Jira's base url + issue key/id is a UUID. Reference:…

Hello @Kishan BHATNAGAR First, check the notifications, more precisely project settings > notifications > settings. Then check the email audit as well and see if the email is showing (one tip, don't include the email addresses as this is a public site). After you have checked everything and nothing is showing in the…

Welcome to the community @Amrish krish This depends on how do you want your custom field values to be shown. There are several types of custom fields in Jira: * Checkboxes - Checkboxes fields allow people to select multiple options for a list to complete the field. Checkbox fields help with data entry by reducing entry…

In that case, have you checked if issue security has been applied to that project by going to project settings > issues > security?
-
Does this mean that outlook and gmail would be added as domains as well? This is creating a security concern though.
-
hI @Dan Breyen Thanks, this is more geared towards the official email domains for example outlook or gmail ones. For outlook it didn't want to add request participants at all (for a whole day), for gmail it did it right away. I have the second option selected which allows cc'ed users to be added as request participants. I…
