Welcome to the community @Mohssine When you are editing a comment a comment there is a padlock button that allows you to limit that comment to a specific role. You can limit per one role only.

Hello @Bernd Anderer You can test this automation rule, where a page in first action is being created based on the summary of the issue, the second action is creating a sub-page and in the "Parent page" field, the page that was made from the first automation is being selected.

Hi @Гречуха Артем This is because your email address has been added to the Atlassian suppression list. Raise a support ticket for them and asked for your email to be checked if it's on the suppression list. Usually it is.

Hello @Sandhya Muthukumar Limit the Move issues permissions only to a project role/group that need to have it.
-
Welcome to the community @Priyanka Jadeja \ You can use JQL for this where you specify the name of your project followed by AND which is followed by sprint in closedSprints(). Sample query: project = "My Project" AND sprint in closedSprints() This will query all of the done tickets.

Hello @Vera Valshonok Correct me if I am wrong: you would like to bulk add the users to the project? If this is the case you can do this with the API: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-project-role-actors/#api-rest-api-3-project-projectidorkey-role-id-put Reference to the link from above…
-
Hello @Marisa Brugnolaro Could you please explain what do you mean by 'chat inside an issue'? Each issue only has the comments, where people can mention each other and comment (of course if they have the browse users permission).
-
Hi @Yuliia Vyborova Kindly accept this answer, so other people can reference it when looking for an answer, thanks.
-
Welcome to the community @martinreichart The more safe variant would be to invite them as guests via User management > Invite > Guests. This screen is specifically dedicated for the Confluence guest users. So, invite them instead.
-
Hello @Yuliia Vyborova Use a permission scheme that is tied to the project and for the Create issues permissions limit it only to project role (or a group) that you want to be creating issues in this project.
-
If you delete the current pritorities, you will be asked to choose a new priority that will take place of the old one.
-
Hi @Rupa Kamat You can create a priority scheme and apply it to one project. To do this: Issues > Priorities > Add a new priority > Priority schemes - create a new priority scheme and apply it to the project.

Hi @Aleksey Korolev To restore a deleted page, you need to be a space administrator. To restore: Space settings > Trash > Find your page click on restore. Hello @Rick Collins I would recommend to go with a dashboard here where you would use the workload pie chart which is made for this particular case. Make sure that you create a filter that would contain these sprints in its JQL.
-
It applies individually.
-
This is the example that I am using.

Welcome to the community @Jasdev Singh The limit colours your column in red when the maximum has been exceeded (if you have created a team managed project, maximum is only asked). If you want to restrict the users to actually move the issue in maximum exceeded column, this would require some additional tweaks.
-
This app will be able to help you with that, since it can have the snippets stylized.
-
Thank you for the clarification. In this case, you would have to change the permission schemes for all of your projects, except the one that you will work with your external users. You would have to change the Browse Projects permission. By default, when you create a project a project role of Any logged in user will be…

It is the dark theme that is a native part of the Confluence. Click on your avatar, then look for Theme, and there you can find the Dark theme. With this you would combine using the dark theme with the app that I have posted.
