I've stumbled some big problems with the HTML importer: * Exporting space in HTML then uploading it causes problems* All pages are empty - not even text in the page * Images are not uploaded, videos as well (they are not in mp4 format) * Following @Ahlberg Janne , removing index.html does show some context, issue remains…

Project settings are reachable when you click on three dots then select Project settings. I agree, previously you would access it and really see it. Nothing much we can do about that.

Welcome @Šárka Masopustová Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. Sadly, the new UI will be applied to all of the sites, where the estimate is even around June for all sites to be having the new UI applied. What are the things that are frustrating you currently?

Hi @Bobby Bailey Thanks for the answer! Just to check, this plugin is free right? And also we are looking for a bi directional communication, but our main focus is when the incident is raised in ServiceNow it also needs to be raised in Jira.

Welcome @Ghulam Sarwar If you are using premium version of Jira, you can indeed change the hierarchy and even modify it by your preferences.

Hi, By default there isn't a way to define a default board. An alternative here would be to create a quick filter that will have this ability.

Hello @Nusheel Kashee Misra Reesaul , you need to have the Delete issues permission in order to delete the issues. This can be adjusted by your Jira admin.

Nothing is showing up on the Atlassian status page. Tested on the android device just now and there is no refreshing. Clear your cache and try again.
