Thanks Rebekka! I'm having an issue with the API call though. When I call the API to perform the submit action, I get a 409 - Conflict Response. I've tried via automation and Postman and get the same results. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue with some of my automation rules. Honestly, Atlassian should handle this in the background and not allow an automation rule to trigger if the issue it's running against no longer exists. As a backup, there should be a check that can be added to have the automation stop running if the issue no…

@Aleksandr 2easy, I don't know the answer to that question. As the Team field functionality is still being built, I'd hope this is something that Atlassian would get to, but I don't know as I have not found any sort of roadmap from them. Currently, the Team field is only useful for searching for related issues. You can…

@Aleksandr 2easy, I asked the same question about notifications earlier in this thread and this was the response I received. Really hoping Atlassian can get notification for Teams implemented soon. Otherwise, this field feels kind of worthless...

Wow @Pablo BrincatThose are a bunch of great suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to share them with me!

Hey @Yerbol Nisanbayev Thanks for the response. Any idea how far in the future this might be? In the meantime, is there an alternative means to do this manually? For example, is there a way to utilize the Team field within automation to transmit an email to the individuals that comprise the Team?

When a "Team" is set within the Team field on a ticket, is there a way to notify the "Team"? I just tried and no notification goes out. I checked in the notification scheme and there is no way to specify that the "Current Team" should receive notifications for an event.
-
It's based on the "Updated" date. It doesn't matter when the issue was completed, if it's updated, it will appear back on the board until the selected "Hide when completed" timeout occurs (again, based on the "Updated" date).

If you're in Cloud, you'll need to convince Atlassian support to help you perform any sort of content re-mapping.

It would be nice if there was at least a backdoor way to be able to edit this field. We just finished a migration and I imported the Ideas from the previous instance into the new one (because JPD isn't supported for migration). After import, I was listed as the Creator for every Idea. I was able to get the Reporter field…

Hey @Ethan Yew I can confirm that I see the "Ask Atlassian Intelligence a question in search" section within Confluence now. Thanks for following up!
-
The AI in Jira Software searching is only available within projects. It is not yet available within the Advanced issue search.
-
Hey @Ethan Yew! Thanks for those articles. I tried to utilize the "Answers in Confluence" capability, but I'm not seeing anything pull up in the search box where I can select to ask AI. I double checked and I do have Atlassian Intelligence enabled in the admin UI for Confluence. Is there something I'm doing wrong or…

Hey @Ethan Yew! Thank you for this notification. I turned on Atlassian Intelligence for Confluence within our instance, but I'm not quite sure how to determine if it's actually there... I looked at this…

Atlassian Intelligence is very limited at this point in time (it's still a baby!). Here are a list of available features for each of the Atlassian products: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/understand-atlassian-intelligence-features-in-products/. Note: As @Daniel Hostrup Eriksen mentioned, you…

When I commented basically the same thing on this post, @Rohan Swami indicated it would be addressed in the future. As far as I'm aware there is no public roadmap, so I don't know what prioritization this has. Maybe Rohan can comment?

@Steve, this article outlines the JPD user types and their abilities. There is a new user type being worked on called Stakeholders, which I believe is what you're looking for. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/The-different-types-of-users-Creators-Contributors-and/ba-p/2378354

The link takes you to the registration page, not the recording. Also, I don't see a recap of the Q&A anywhere below your post?
-
As I understand it, from the plethora of emails Atlassian has sent, Creators need product access. Nobody else does. The "jira-product-discovery-contributors-..." group is specifically for users without a Jira license that you want to give "Contributor" access to the product (i.e. someone external or someone with only a…

@Joao Santiago, can you share the pricing structure for your app? I checked the other day and again today and it's not loading for me. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227973?tab=pricing&hosting=cloud
