Hello, I wrote an article about this type of automation, and noted there as well that I was surprised that "inactive" wasn't what I thought it was. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/Keeping-Confluence-Content-Fresh-with-Automation/ba-p/3024065 you can see it here. some things have…

I have a user that is getting this behavior, but when I went into the same page and made a custom panel it did not replicate. I am yet unsure of what the difference is, but something is definitely happening.

Hello @Kath Skerry I do this exact thing using Easy Bi for Confluence. I was able to set up teams even so each manager could get a quick look at the content health of their team at a team level, and also at an individual level. Highly recommend this app. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

Hello @Pradeep Shetty Here is some Atlassian documentation for this issue. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/troubleshoot-access-problems-to-content/ This user has not been given access to this site. If they still need a license the Org admin or the user access admin will have to grant that.
-
I believe this requires Org Admin, which is a higher level of access, and not one that is given as freely. You should reach out to whoever manages your Atlassian platform and have this discussion with them.

the problem with the "viewed of modified" is that if its been viewed it is excluded. but that means people may be looking at incorrect, outdated information. Those people may not even know it. What you need is for pages to be reviewed on a schedule that works for you. that is already something you can set up with…

Hello, @KOLB Béatrice Here is the Atlassian Documentation you are looking for. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/work-with-images-videos-and-files/ Confluence supports various media formats, including: * Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP * Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI * Audio: MP3, WAV * Files: PDFs, Microsoft Office…

It seems the button is only there if you have a workspace that is at risk of being deactivated. And that if that is the case you will receive an email. Did you receive an email? If your Free Bitbucket workspace contains repositories and has been actively used in the last 6 months: ◦ Your workspace is considered active and…

@Peter Rossum_ van https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/branches-in-confluence-automation/ Here it talks about the branching using {{pagesPerOwner}} this is used to batch the emails later. Let me know if this helps.
-
@Justine does that label already exist in your environment? I think that is probably the issue.
-
I just tested this, and it is working for me. I would think that for whatever reason it just doesn't see that you are logged in. Have you tried in an Incognito window?
-
@Marcos Lavalle yes, it is possible, It does not have to have anonymous access. The users would just need to be Customers in the JSM Space. however as stated above you do need confluence standard. You wouldn't need a third party app, although some do make your stuff look better. I would recommend trying the free trial once…

Looks Like an Atlassian Team Member was able to sort this for you so editing out my prior comment.

This is not something that I think Confluence is meant for. you would want to get the answers in a different way and input them into the template yourself if you do not want the data of who answered or edited.
-
@mini163 this isnt Atlassian support so we cannot help you with the Request ID, you would need to go here: https://support.atlassian.com/
-
@J_R_ Rasberry I wrote an article on this not too long ago that may help. You can find it here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/Keeping-Confluence-Content-Fresh-with-Automation/ba-p/3024065

@이승민 Hello, this is not Atlassian Support this is a community forum. Here Users help each other. What you need is to here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
All of this is quite literally what Confluence does. None of this is really a question that can be answered. Do you already have Confluence? Do you have any specific questions?
-
You get this when you complete the course and the small questions section, If you did not then something was missed. You should go back and make sure you didn't miss a section and if not reach out to support

I saw another post like this this morning, you need to hover over the title. then the options should show. Just kidding I read yours over a second time and yours is different.....

Archived pages are not set for deletion. They are taken out of the page tree, and cannot be updated without reverting them back. In all other ways they act as a normal page. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/archive-pages/

@shaun clifford you can contact support by going here. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I would recommend using smart links. This way the document is displayed in the content tree and viewable in confluence while still living in say, sharepoint.
-
Try selecting switch account. you appear to have more than one account. I do as well one with my work email and one with my personal email ( my initials show up the same for both) so it can be confusing when I accidently get on the wrong one.
-
you need to add that user as a licensed user or as a guest here: https://admin.atlassian.com/ https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/invite-a-user/
-
I think you could but you may be over complicating this. The approver could just change the status, the history will tell you who approved it and when. less steps, less work, all the data is still there.
-
trust me when I say that where I work is probably the hardest to get an app ( it took us over 2 years to get script runner AFTER I convinced my boss and they approved it) but the amount of time it can save, to free you up to do other things... that's value.
-
@Eva Daskalaki I assume you mean the comments at the bottom of the page, but you could mean inline comments. can you share a ss of what you are seeing? you should be able to click the ellipses and then select delete. Are you able to maybe take a loom of what is happening when you try?

This wouldn't be the case: Space permissions are additive Space permissions are additive. If a user is granted permissions as an individual or as a member of one or more groups, Confluence will combine these permissions together.
