Hello, this is a community forum, meaning other users like you are the ones reading and answering what you ask here. Not Atlassian Support. It sounds like you need help from support to me. https://support.atlassian.com/ Follow that link and open a ticket.

Depending on how much content you have, this may be better as like a weekly email where it highlights all the content updated in the past week. You could have it trigger once a week, to look for any pages that have updated in the past 7 days.

the person who owns the space can also change the owner of the page. If you are unsure of who that it I would recommend submitting a request to your help desk, I'm sure then the ticket can be routed to the correct person. the admin of that space, or your org admin can actually do a bulk update for the space and make all…

Hello! we've all been here. and no its not yet a feature. ( but you can still get it done kind of) When I was a baby admin just learning the ropes a very wise women told me that if I could convince my work to buy just one 3rd party application, I should try to get script runner. She was absolutely correct. This and many…

the action being done here will actually cause the last updated date to change to the date that this action was taken: * automatically refreshing the status (and change it from "Up-to-date" to "Expired" on the expiration date or e.g. N days after its last update) This can be an issue because now the page is no longer…

@Aron Gombas _Midori_ I don't agree. I have a fairly large instance, and have not had any issues. the email I send lists all the pages owned by the user receiving the email that meet the criteria, in a nice table that shows the page link, and the space the page exists in. These emails are batched so that each user only…

@Mattias Kallvi I have an entire automation for this loop. AND I documented it in full. You can find the information here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/Keeping-Confluence-Content-Fresh-with-Automation/ba-p/3024065 I would be happy to help you for your specific use case if you want…

This exists in another way, Users who want to see what has changed would be able to go to Version History and compare the current with the previous version which shows what changed. I have worked a lot with automations, and I do not think this would work even with API the way you are wanting it to. but I obviously have not…

@Arul Subramaniam go to table options and select header row and it will float as you scroll.

@Ari Ramar We'd love to help but we need more details, and maybe a screen shot. Your instance of confluence likely has many pages, are all of them not loading? What is happening instead?
-
@Lars Maehlmann I am so happy I was able to help. I am unsure about the way it is listing but I will test it out and play around and see what I can find.
-
Hi, It sounds like you are using custom Status'. This is probably Why this is happening. Custom Status' have been weird from the start.

Hello @Rhys Gottwald I tested this today and can confirm the built-in search for this macro isn’t respecting filters. Here’s a reliable workaround: In Confluence, open Search Set filters. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. Paste it on your page as a Smart Link This respects the exact parameters you used in…

Hello @박세용 Hello! I tested this today and can confirm the built-in list block isn’t respecting filters. Here’s a reliable workaround: In Confluence, open Search Set filters. Hello — I spent some time this morning testing this. Workaround: run your search in Confluence, copy the URL from your browser, then paste it into the page as a Smart Link. That link respects your filters, so it behaves like the macro was supposed to and just lists the filtered results reliably.

Hello @Pîrşan_ Vanina — I spent some time this morning testing and you’re right: the “Insert Confluence list” block isn’t filtering correctly. Workaround (hat tip to @Harrison Ponce ): run your search in Confluence, copy the URL from your browser, then paste it into the page as a Smart Link. That link respects your…

Have you tried using content properties? It would be a lot of work but I think it would be able to give you what you are looking for.
-
changing the status of the page counts as updating the page, rendering it a very lackluster feature.
-
this is super cool, can I ask how the images react once published? If I add an image and it is center aligned, will it remain center aligned once I publish the page?
-
Love these, but I think you missed an opportunity here. Sometimes the person who may be best suited for creating templates, should not have complete admin access to a space. and Often times the person who admins the space is not the best person to be creating templates. the fact that in able to create a template you have…

probably, but I guess I would question what you are trying to accomplish here because there may be a better way.
-
@Hua Soon SIM _Akeles_ did you get yours working? if not shoot me a message on LinkedIn and I can make a quick loom to show you how I have it working.
-
@Levente Szabo _Midori_ I do not see any messages or connection requests.

Update – Space Smart Values Now Work! Since documentation should be accurate, current, and reliable, I wanted to revisit this post and share an important update. When I first wrote this in May, I mentioned that space-related smart values like {{space.name}} and {{space.key}}) were not functioning in Confluence Automation.…

I clicked that link and got " oops The page you were looking for doesn't exist You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved Take me back to the home page" Please tell me they didnt break this

I see some concern about the use of Spaces. I think aligning with the terminology we already use for confluence is great. people already have an idea of what a space is. this is a work space or Jira space that is a confluence space. very simple concept, and good riddance to having to explain the difference between a…

Hello, I am unsure what you are asking. Are you asking for suggestions for best practices? these will vary greatly depending on what your teams do, and what the pages contain. I would be happy to help if you give more information on what you are looking for here.

@Benjamin Trablé There's no direct, user accessible CQL search in Confluence. You'd need to use the API or use an addon. What you can do is go to the Ask AI and type it in the way you would type CQL and it will parse it out for you pretty well. Obviously for me there is nothing because this doesn't exist in my instance,…
