Hi @Aleh Charnetski This might have occurred when someone clicked ‘Watch’ or ‘Unwatch’ on the issue. I observed that while this action updates the ‘Updated’ timestamp on the right-hand panel, it does not generate any entry in the activity log. Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Also, @Sivaraju,Vijay do you have admin access to navigate to Manage Apps? Jira settings -> Apps If so, could you check if there's any app installed with the name Roadmaps or one that shows a…

Hi @Philip.OBrien I believe this issue is likely related to a configuration on the qTest side. I recommend raising a support ticket with Tricentis to verify whether the description field is being correctly passed from qTest to the Jira UI. You can contact Tricentis Support here: https://support-hub.tricentis.com/ Hope this…

Hi @Sivaraju,Vijay On the 'Plans' tab, do you see a '+' option? If yes, please click on it to create a new Advanced Roadmaps plan. Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Hi @Test Customer The question seems a bit unclear. Are you asking whether users can access a Confluence space or page using just a link, without needing to log in with a username and password? If so, this can be achieved by enabling Public links for the required space in the global permissions. Once enabled, you can share…

Also if it is already on Premium or Enterprise plan, then make sure you have the role or in the group that has the permissions to archive issues in Project Permission Scheme:

Not really fair! I manage a couple of projects in Jira as a project admin, even though I have org admin access too 😉 So I think we should qualify as well 😊

Hi @Michal Ovadia Maybe WIP limits were removed, the number may no longer be shown. Go to Board settings ->Layouts -> Columns and check if WIP limits are set for each column. Hope this helps! Regards Rajat
-
Hi @Vikrant Yadav It doesn’t appear that the list view can be filtered directly by board. However, you can go to the desired board → Board settings and copy its filter query. Then, use this query in the issue search (list view) to see all work items from that board. Alternatively, you can save the query as a filter and…

I dont think Jira cloud allows altering the UI (like adding red asterix for required fields) like it did in datacenter. To guide users, you can add “Required” in the field’s description as a workaround.

Doesn't look like it can be switched back. In-fact it is going to be 100% enforced for all sites from July 28, 2025.

Just tried to create a similar rule. Please check if this works for you. Select the issutype as required, I have selected Sub-task in the condition. Set the Veeva field (in the parent) to this smart value: {{#lookupIssues}} {{#if(issue.customfield_12345)}}{{issue.customfield_12345}}{{^last}}, {{/}}{{/}} {{/}}…

I see that we can export Whiteboards in PDF, PNG, or JPG format, and also import them using a PDF file. However, when a whiteboard is imported, it's added as a static snapshot, which cannot be edited further. That said, exporting the whiteboard can still serve as a basic backup method for preserving the content.
