One possible option is to use the "Copy to Sandbox" feature. While it is not a full backup and restore solution, it can provide a basic level of data protection. You could consider running the copy process every Friday, which would limit potential data loss to a maximum of one week. This approach can help preserve core…

Nice video and cool feature. However in our Confluence site, I do not see the 'Create with Rovo' under the 'Create' button. We only have 'Ask Rovo' which opens up the chat. We then use it the same way as you showed it for 'Create with Rovo'. Are these two different or the same feature?

Tried to create Table with Rovo. This table would have the list of plugins that we use in our instance and the information for each of them, example: SLA, Escalation point, Data residency, etc. Gave Rovo these prompts and it created it in the chat which I could then insert in the page.

Just in case you do not see the 'Upload App' option under Manage Apps, it is possible that it is disabled in System property. You can enable it in Confluence data center by enabling it as follows: Under the Confluence install directory, navigate to <confluence-install>/bin/setenv.sh Add/modify the following property:…

Is the issue happening even when you create a new sprint and then try to start it?
-
Hi @Mohit Radadiya Are you also a board admin for this project? Go to the Board-> click on ... -> Board Settings and check if you are listed under the board administrator. If yes, can you check if you are able to start an empty sprint. Regards Rajat

Hello @Soummya Banerjee If you are referring to deleting workitems that are created in a Jira project, then you will need 'Delete Issues' permission in this project. It can be configured under Project Settings->Permissions->Delete Issue. Make sure to add the process role (example: Developer, Scrum Master, etc) under the…

Hi @Natasha Bartlett Please check if this form created is set to 'Public' access. You can then use the link to this public form to submit Jira issues. Ref: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/share-your-form/ Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Hi @Natasha Bartlett If you are referring to the forms created in Jira Software, then yes Jira public forms lets unlicensed users submit form responses that create Jira issues. Hello @Patricia Morales As @Ajay _view26_ mentioned you can use the advanced query creator = @Username and type = page. You can also try the new Rovo feature by just prompting it 😊 Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

As of now, Atlassian’s official Rovo browser extension is only available for Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-browser-extension There’s no mention of Firefox support yet. Regards Rajat

I see that you have already mentioned in the title about the scroll pdf exporter app. This does let you design and reuse custom templates with branding, fonts, headers/footers. It also offers different templates for different document types Ref: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/7019/scroll-pdf-exporter-for-confluence…

From what I understand, Atlassian Cloud is continuously delivered, and the UI depends on modern, standards-based web APIs and JavaScript features that evolve with current browser releases. Because of that, older Chromium versions may lack required JS features, Web APIs, or newer security behaviors, which can cause them to…

Atlassian does not list Chromium as a supported browser. Refer: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Hi @Nils Yes the rollout is phased but from what I know, all Confluence cloud plans should get it. Cheers! Rajat

Hello jyh0226@kicco.com I think it is always good to backup the entire home directory, shared home directory, install directory and DB. It might look cumbersome but will be the biggest relief when things go wrong 😊 In my case, we had the servers hosted on linux. For the first time we would just backup all the files. Next,…

Hi @khushboo_puri I agree with @Victor Law - Ricksoft As you mentioned 25000 projects, this is not a small instance of Jira. And if you have plugins, it will require further planning on how to migrate them. There is a possibility that not all plugins that is present in DC will also be available in cloud. Hence it would…
-
Hi @Arlyn Hoeppner Looks like the application links between Confluence and Jira are not configured correctly. Have you recently migrated Jira from Data Center/Server to Cloud? If so, please check the application link settings in Confluence: Go to Confluence Settings → Data Management → Application Links. Locate the Jira…

Hi @Ben Foran Try checking in incognito mode or in a different browser. Also, add a new Jira Work Item column in a fresh test database to see if the issue can be reproduced. If the problem persists, report it to Atlassian Support and include a HAR file with your support ticket. Regards Rajat

Hi @Gouiaa As far as I am aware, there is no direct bulk API endpoint for adding comments to multiple issues in one request. One option like you mentioned would be to use add_comment inside a loop over the issue keys. Another option would be to set up a Jira Automation rule: Trigger: Manual / Issue updated Action: Add…
