@Tinker Fadoua @Jason Patrick What if we create an empty Company-managed project in Jira and include both Company-managed and Team-managed projects in an Advanced Roadmaps plan? That way, we can still use the custom hierarchy levels.

Looks similar to https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Rules-add-label-based-on-parent-folder/qaq-p/3075834 There is an enhancement request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-80608

Could be related to permissions. As you can see the calendar on the page, you seem to have the view permission for the calendar and the space it originated from. However please confirm if you also have edit rights to the calendar. Go to Team Calendars -> click on (...) ->Restrictions Check if you have edit rights on this…

Yes you will need Team Calendars. It is available in Confluence Premium and above subscriptions: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-add-and-edit-calendars However, looks like you have this as you are able to add the calendar macro on the Confluence page. Make sure you have selected the name of the…

Ok, then you are looking for a 2 level nested query. I don't think that is possible natively in Jira Cloud. It could be possible through scriptrunner plugin by calling the issue function like: issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf( "issuetype = Story AND 'Epic Link' = EYP-123")

Adding labels to Confluence pages based on the parent folder doesn't seem to be supported yet. There is an enhancement request that I found: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-80608

Ok, lets see if the AI feature in Jira Cloud can shine here 😊

This is what Atlassian mentions: Why are we making this change? Many users told us that finding and updating a work item’s status was confusing. Moving the status field to a more visible spot simplifies your workflow and makes Jira feel more intuitive. Based on our research and past experiments, making the status easier to…

Is 'Development task' an issuetype in your project? And are these like subtasks? If so you can configure your jql to : issuetype = "Development Task" AND parent in (issuetype = Story AND project = ABC) Replace the ABC with your Jira project key

I found there is a standalone enterprise migration tool (not a plugin) that can help with Azure DevOps to Jira migration. You can have a look at it here: https://www.opshub.com/migrations/migrate-to-jira/

It depends on how this plan was created. In advanced roadmaps, you can create plans based on boards, project or filter. If this plan is configured to show only 'work' linked to a certain epic then they will not show work of other epics.

If your Jira admin has enabled the contact administrator option, you can reach out appending the below context in your jira url: /contact-administrator So if your jira site name was something like: https://abc.atlassian.net/jira Then you can contact administrators by going…

The main takeaway is be kind, be real, be helpful, because the community is only as strong as what we all put into it.

This year, one of my achievement has been leading the groundwork for our Jira and Confluence Data Center migration to Atlassian Cloud. With over 10,000 users, it's a massive undertaking - not just technically, but strategically. We have been auditing and cleaning up workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and legacy…

Shouldn't it be in setenv.sh (and not server.xml)?

You don't need a plugin to restore site in Confluence. It should be possible to restore it using the in-built 'Backup and restore' functionality in Confluence. What is the version of Confluence from which the site was exported? What is the version of Confluence to which this site is imported? Please note that it is only…

"it is getting into cloud" : Could you share a screenshot of this? What does atlassian-confluence.log say?

And here comes the bug ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-91266
-
'Tasks' could be coming from 'Scheduled Jobs' and also other tasks like backup or restore. We are on Confluence 7.19.12 running on two nodes. Both the nodes show some number of tasks running on each node.

What does "site is not fully loading" exactly mean? Is there any warning/error for these users? Are other users not facing this issue? Is this issue related to a particular space or group of users? Please provide more information.

You can try to match the number of pages in source and then in destination. First in source confluence, go to: <confluence_source_url>/dosearchsite.action?queryString= You should a page as below. Mention the space key and select pages. It should give you a result as below: Here '23' is the number of pages in the space. You…

What happens when you click the blue button 'Create cluster'?

You will find it highlighted below in the screenshot. Also I had to append a new directory named 'space' as it was not already created as mentioned in the path.

This is a bug. As a workaround, Place the .xml.zip file in the 'Restore Directory' and then import it. I had the same problem: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-discussions/Confluence-8-5-0-datacenter-does-not-import-space/td-p/2467830
-
Here is a response from Atlassian: This seems to only happen when we are accessing Confluence from a Windows client machine. This definitely seems to be a bug. I will test a few more things and will update with you a bug ticket.
-
Looks like the issue is when you try to import the space zip from your local drive. If you try to import it from 'Restore Directory', it works. Checking further with Atlassian on this behavior.

Hi All We have the same requirement. Would be great if anyone could share some insights on how to route REST API traffic to specific Jira node using Apache HTTPD.

Did you get the solution for this?
