Hi @Kimmi Have you copied the same Confluence home directory as you copied for the 2 working nodes? If yes, please try the following: 1. Clear the plugin cache: Stop this node 3 Delete the plugin cache on this node: <confluence-home>/bundled-plugins <confluence-home>/plugins-cache <confluence-home>/plugins-osgi-cache…

Hi @Saran P S Please try accessing the base site URL directly instead of the project link: https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/ This should take you to the login page. If your company uses Atlassian Guard, log in through the identity provider first. You can also try clearing cache or using an incognito window. Regarding the…

Hi @Arnau Barbecho Barrado Few things to try: * Increase the zoom level of the Whiteboard and then try to export. * Check if the pictures in the Whiteboard are not linked from an external URL. If so, upload the images directly as attachments on the whiteboard page. * Check the extensions of the images in the whiteboard. If…

Hi @Sudhanshu Ray Just noticed that Atlassian is introducing another AI feature for work creation from MS Teams. Although it doesn’t appear to create work items automatically, it’s still worth exploring:…

Hi @Subaramani, ManiKandan (SP) Go to your project in Jira. Open the Apps menu -> Zephyr Squad -> Import Tests. * Sometimes it also shows under Project Settings -> Zephyr Squad -> Import. If you don’t see the option at all, ask your Jira admin to check if your project role has "Create Issue" permissions in this project.…

I still remember how much fun I had as a child playing with He-Man and Skeletor toys, creating epic battles in my little world. From the Masters of the Universe: By the power of Grayskull… I have the power!

Hi @Marcel Babik In Jira Cloud, the Bulk Change (Bulk Edit) permission is managed through Global Permissions. If you are a Jira Administrator: * Go to Settings -> System -> Global permissions, or open this link directly: https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/GlobalPermissions!default.jspa * Look for the…

The first Atlassian exam I attempted was ACP-100. I was prepared, but not to the level the exam demanded, and ended up failing miserably. That experience, however, was my real learning. I prepared more thoroughly the next time and was able to clear it on my second attempt.

Hi @chayma jeballi Go to admin.atlassian.com -> Select your site. Navigate to Billing -> Select 'Manage' next to the subscription. Check the subscription status: * If it shows Canceled, click Add subscription and select Jira Software Free. * If it shows Suspended, you may need to confirm Downgrade to Free. Hope this helps!…

Hi @Kevin Brian Hands-on practice plus the documentation is a great approach. Focus on: * Mapping user permissions in different scenarios. * Understanding workflow statuses, transitions, conditions, validators, and post-functions. Know why you would use them, not just what they do. * Scenario-based problem solving, the…

Hi @Delian Vladimirov Please check if you have access to all projects in the board’s filter. If the board includes multiple projects and if you lack access to even one of them, Jira will block the sprint entirely in JQL. Also please check if you have access to the board filter itself. If the saved filter is private or not…

Hi @PH Financial Advisor If you’re referring to migrating projects (including workflows, custom fields, screens, and permissions) from one Jira Data Center instance to another, you can try the Jira app:Project Configurator for Jira. We’ve used this successfully for most of our Jira Data Center migrations. Another option…

Hi @Patrick S_ Stuckenberger That’s a fair point. If all you need is a static table, a regular Confluence table with links can work just fine. Where Databases shine is when your information needs to be: * Structured with specific field types (status, people, dates, page links, dropdowns) * Reused across multiple pages…

Hi @Job Sinke Sorry to hear that! As per the description and the link shared, it looks like you are viewing the Timeline view in the Advanced Roadmaps Plan module of Jira cloud. Could you check if you are able to browse all the 29 projects that were created. Go to Jira home page -> On the left panel, click on Projects…

Hi @Anwesha Pan I created a new page in Confluence and embedded a whiteboard by typing /whiteboard. This opened the whiteboard editor and linked the board directly to the Confluence page. Now, any updates I make to the whiteboard are reflected live in the embedded view on the Confluence page. Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Hi @Ann Mary Thomas (RBEI/ETB41) I dont think the bulk archive item is available through the UI. However there are option to do it through Jira automation or REST API. Thank you @G subramanyam As an extension to this discussion, if you’d like to dive deeper into Confluence Whiteboards, I’ve created a step-by-step guide on how users can go from brainstorming to actionable Jira issues using Whiteboards and Atlassian Intelligence. Hi @Dieter Lauwers Try this jql: (sprint != 1234 OR sprint is EMPTY) Where: * 1234 is the sprint ID that you want to exclude. * sprint != 1234 includes issues not in that sprint. * sprint is EMPTY ensures that unassigned issues are included. Hope this helps! Regards Rajat

Just a quick note: After updating the Java heap size (-Xms and -Xmx values) in the setenv.sh or setenv.bat file, it's necessary to restart Jira for the changes to take effect. Regards Rajat

Hi @NICOLETTA HADJILAMBI It’s best to send the logs to Atlassian via a support ticket so their team can take a closer look. You can raise a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/ Meanwhile, you may also want to check if Jira has sufficient Java heap space allocated. It’s possible the application is running out of…

Our team frequently uses the Retrospective and Meeting Notes templates to stay aligned and reflect on progress. Some of our teams also use the Product Requirements template when planning new features.

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ Exactly, I am observing the same behavior. It might be worth raising this with Atlassian Support to confirm if this is a known issue. Regards Rajat
