Hi @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ the Get Started with Rovo course is on Atlassian University ? I couldn't find it (neither with a search about "gey started" nor with a search about "Rovo")

It works ! Thank you so much !

Hi @Adolfo Casari Thank you for this suggestion. I tried to do this but I am not really good at Json. Here the Json I made : { "update": { "Request participants": [{ "add":{ {{Participants}} } }] } } And I also tried like this : { "update": { "Request participants": [{ "add":{ "{{Participants}}" } }] } } But my Json is not…

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed This automation purpose is to send an email with a quotation that some users should then approuve or sign. The quotation is an attachement of the ticket. The users are internals client. Attachements send by email can't be seen or download by clients unless they are in the Request Participants field. So…

Hi @Tiffany Myers , it's nice to see the passion you have for Jira, and I have the same. I think it's a wonderfull tool and so fun to administrate (even if sometime creating complex automations can give me headache but it's part of the game). You'll see the community here is great. Have a nice journey with Jira

Hi Nicole, Thank you for this answer so many nice features on the way. I am looking forward to try the virtual agent in the customer portal. Have a nice day

The AI free Atlassian courses are a wonderfull idea, thanks ! I have a question : Do you have in your plan an AI feature for JSM that will help agents to resolve issue based on Confluence content ? This resolution suggestion could appear in the agent screen. In my compagny we have a confluence space with simple articles…

Hi Jira Service Management product team, Do you know when AI in the customer portal will be release ? And what will be the next AI features in JSM ?
-
My advice for switching from another tool to Jira is forget what you had with the other tool and dream of what you want. JSM has it's own logic but when you get it, you can create magic. And also working with an Atlassian Partner for switching is more comfortable and easier
-
Come up with a service superhero name for your team : The Jira Rangers An our song will be : Go Go Jira Rangers (two easter eggs in it ^^ )
-
My advice for getting started with JSM is choose wisely your project template and keep it simple for users and customers. You should begin with a first vesion wich would be very simple and when people are used to eat, add some automation and new exciting features
-
Really nice tips and tricks. Four different approaches. I like the use of AI with alerts, very helpful. I can't wait AI to be integrate in JSM customer portal
-
What about an Order 66 add-on wich can end all the child tickets of an epic ticket or of a problem ticket ? Is it to dark for a monday ?

I've found the solution (Indeed the name attribute was not good but the email attribute works) : Juste after the lookupObject where there is the AQL to find data in Asset, I made an advanced branch. The smart value is {{#lookupObjects.distinct}}{{write here the name of the mail attribute}}{{/}} {{#lookupObjects}}{{/}}…

Hi Ben, I don't understand what is the "id" field you are speaking of. Since Jira and Asset don't use the same Id's The table idea seems great but I don't know how to split my datas wich are in a variable in the different lines of the table.
