Hi Robert, You can create an automation for jira; 1.When: Schedule use a JQL( resolution is EMPTY) 2.Then: Send email ( to Assignee and Reporter)
-
Yes, You can create a trasition with a Screen named: "Change Approver" that will contain the field Approver. This trasnsition should be prior the Approval status. But keep in mind that this field can be changed only by an Agent not customer.

Hi Sudheer, Unfortunatly only the firest dropdown from a cascade-dropdown is mandatory in roder to sumbit a ticket. As native functionalily you cannot set the second dropdown as mandatory. Maybe with some plugins. Hope this helps.
-
Hi Seenivasan, After the ticket is created the only person that cand change the value of the field is the Agent, The customer cannot change any fields. He can only let a comment in the ticket or add attachemnts. Hope this helps.

I don't know. You can check the Atlassian marketplace for this.
-
Hi Arigela, The short answer is no. In Jira Service Management Cloud you can have the following structure. One project/portal can have multiple Group that can have multiple Customer Requests. You cannot have a project inside a project.
-
Hi Kashif, You can try: For the first automation you can use: When: Schedule daily with a JQL: status in ("Waiting for Customer") and NOT Status Changed AFTER -7 Then: Send Email For the second automation you can use: When: Schedule daily with a JQL: status in ("Waiting for Customer") and NOT Status Changed AFTER -28 Then:…

Hi @Santhosh Raj I don't think "Customer notification" not support smartvalues as: {{assignee.displayName}}. The only variables that you can select are the ones from the list. For your solution you can build and automation with Automation for jira and used the smartvalue mentioned by my colleague @Nikola Perisic but please…

Hi Eric, The short answer is no. In Jira cloud there is no functionality for export in one action all the workflows. You need to export them one by one. There should be some apps in the Marketplace that can perform this I think.

Hi @Ásta Hrönn _RdN_ Hope you are doing well. Confluence and Jira Service Management are two separate products from Atlassian. To use Confluence and write articles and then use them as Knowledge Base for Jira Service Management you will need a Confluence license. Hope this helps.

Hi Eric, As a project admin you can only see the workflow diagram not the conditions/validators/post functions. Those topics are restricted to jira-admin, site-admin role. Hope this helps.
-
Hi Tiziana, I am also facing this but as a workaround I have switch to Old Editor. Since those are core functionality of Jira they should not be removed. Hope someone from Atlassian will see this post and reply with more information.
-
Hi Evert, As my colleague mention for Jira Service Management Cloud you can change them. If you refer to Jira Software Cloud unfortunately the layout for those cannot be changed. Hope this helps.

Hi Marcin, For Jira Cloud you ca do it with Automation for Jira but this means you will have a lot o branches and I don't think this is what you are looking for. I don't think is possible to use an external mapping table in order to exclude all the conditions from automation. Hope this helps.
