Hi @[deleted] , While I would usually suggest using Sub-tasks to track minor tasks under a task, but if that doesn't work for you, you can try to use the "status" in the description too. Adding a image below for reference:

Hi @Bhagavanraju Ganapataraju Please can you share a snippet or image of your automation rule? If you're using a loop in the Jira Automation, you can add a 10 second delay after the last webhook action, so that it gives the first automation time to process prior to the next one being triggered.

Hi @Aylin Demir As per https://bigpicture.one/articles/bigpicture-app-configuration/ you need to grant the user App User permission to access BigPicture, you'll need to navigate to the apps Settings and grant the required user the role : https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/pages/297963784/Administration I haven't…

Hi @Parul Tanna I'm assuming you're checking this in JSM, while using Forms if you've linked the form fields to a custom field in Jira then yes, adding those fields to the Create issue screen will allow you to create a issue with the same data, but if you've used Conditional statements in forms then those unfortunately…

Hi @Aylin Demir Pls Can you elaborate on the question? Are you trying to get a Trial to BigPicture or have onboarded it but get an error?
-
Yes, you should be able to raise a support ticket on the free plan too. I've tagged for Atlassian assistance on this thread too just in case you're unable to raise a ticket at your end.

Hey @Devoloper Please can you elaborate on what are you trying to achieve? Once the domain has been verified the "Managed Accounts" tab lets you (Org Admin) manage the users Atlassian account i.e. the name, email, status etc. Are you trying to achieve something other than this?
-
Hi @Inna S There can be a few approaches to this use case * Use 2 APIs, first use the Create User with no product access, and once the user is created add that ID to the group you need. * If you have the new user management, would recommend using the User Provision, it lets you manage the groups Directly from your SSO…

Hi @Rudi Strydom I've requested Atlassian to check your question, it seems that the latest SOC2 cert isn't updated on the portal yet. If you're in urgent need of the cert, would suggest you raise a support ticket for the Atlassian team to check the issue internally, for quicker response.
-
Hi @Devoloper If you have added/verified your domain, all users with that domain should automatically reflect in your managed accounts tab https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-managed-accounts/ To view all the managed accounts for your organization: Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization…

Hi @Paweł Gryska , BigTemplate and BigPicture both seem to fulfill different purposes, please can you elaborate the question or what you're expecting from these apps? Also, if you're yet to procure these apps, I would suggest redirecting your query to app's support team here:…
-
Hi @Bill Ward If you don't want the site to redirect I would recommend you get in touch with the Atlassian Support team, since changing the site name is a major change and the redirection is done so that the previous users aren't impacted, but if you're confident the previous url isn't used the old URL freeing should be…

-
Hi @Ugnius Aušra For starters I would suggest you blur out your token completely, even though it isn't Fully shown it's still a token value that shouldn't be visible in your image. For a 404 error it usually means that the issue key or the field you're trying to fill out isn't present. From the example you've given can you…
