Hi @lapacquah_bryant Can you share the Branch Rule that is configured in this automation? From the error there are 2 points to check: 1. Branch rule doesn't find any thing related to trigger issue 2. Jql in one of the conditions that you've decided

Use Control + K on your keyboard and search for 'Global Permissions', if you have access to this that means you have Jira Admin access. Check for the "Browse users and group", this permission needs to be available for the users to be searchable. After this to verify your access, click on the cog icon and see the options…
-
Hi @Rakesh For the User search api, your api is correct. Does your User have access to the user administration though, since without that permission it may not be feasible to get an results. About the fields.put() don't have much insights into that.
-
Hi @Ken Isaacson I've requested Atlassian Assistance on this thread, they should get back to you in a few hours.
-
Hi @Rakesh Thanks for the info, can you mention for which API you get the 500 error? Or What's the steps that you've used to reproduce this error.
-
Hi @Rakesh What API are you trying to call? And is this the complete Json body that you're passing? From the looks of it I'd recommend checking if the user has permissions to create a ticket or can be set as the reporter, would also check if the user who is setting the User Assignee (user whose token is used) has the…

This is primarily with the admins, but the users can also request for access, although there is an Option for the admins to disable Product Access Requests, so the best way to let you user gain access to the product would be to reach out to your Org or Site Admin and get them to add the user to Confluence.
-
Hi @Amol Godambe Thanks for the image but this is the Users Personal info link. Can you check the User Administration Options Ref https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/update-roles-and-properties-for-jira-users/ Snippet of the steps: Go to your site's Admin at admin.atlassian.com. If you're an admin for…

Hi @Calvin , Yes, in order to view the web request's status, you need to check the option "Continue running the rule even if the request response is not successful (i.e. non-200 response)" You can reference this using the smart value highlighted in the image below:

Hey @Roger You're right on the part that isn't feasible with JQL directly, but I would hihgly recommend trying out the Jira Cloud for Excel method (Mentioned here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Re-EPIC-without-links-issues/qaq-p/2745049/comment-id/1031079#M1031079), this is one of the most flexible…

Hi @Dimple , adding to what @Joe Pitt mentioned : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ you can use this to verify if your user and the other user has the same permissions.
-
Hi @Marian Chen Can you elaborate the use case a little more please? Are you looking to filter all issues with the status of Escalated? Or issues that were previously in the escalation status?
-
Hi @Amol Godambe , Can you share the snapshot for the Users Profile from the user administration settings? The error means that while the user is active they don't have Confluence product access.
-
Hi @Jill ViereggeVieregge, About the "Reset Resolution" Transition, what I meant was that the screen should have the "Resolution" Field available, unless it is available there Jira won't allow resolution to be set for that transition.
-
Great, If the automation works after the change, please mark this thread as Accepted, so that it's more visible to the rest of the community

Hey @Admin , You're Organization's MAM maybe set to restrict download on mobiles https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/mobile-policy-mam-security-controls-and-supported-apps/
-
Thanks for the image @Emily Pinhasi You will have to update your automation trigger as https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-development/ Try setting it to Pull request created, Pull request declined and Pull request merged and then retry please.
-
Hey @Surendra Pattebahadur As mentioned in my first answer, the query "developmentInformation" Is mostly the one you're looking for. You can try this in Postman, it gives a nice UI for graphql queries and usage
-
Would highly recommend using the Graphql api then. RestAPI is meant to fulfill a lot but Graphql seems to be the way ahead, and if the REST API documentation doesn't have anything for you yet, not sure if Atlassian might have it in it's radar.
-
Hi @Emily Pinhasi Can you add a screen shot of your automation rule's trigger and the action that you've mentioned. As per https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-development/ These smart values are only available for the Pull request created, Pull request declined and Pull request merged…

Hi @Surendra Pattebahadur Check this https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-development-information/#api-group-development-information Let us know if this is what you're looking for
-
Hi @agoutham I would start by checking the audit log https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/ to verify if the workflow was actually changed, if this wasn't then it is mostly a status change and as per the documentation this is not tracked in the audit logs 🥲.

Hi @Jane Leonard Haven't tried this yet but you should be able to fetch this info from these apps: (bundled with Jira cloud) https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220382/jira-cloud-for-google-sheets-official?tab=overview&hosting=cloud…
-
If you don't have a excel license https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220382/jira-cloud-for-google-sheets-official?tab=overview&hosting=cloud use this instead.
-
Hi @Roger The functions mentioned are mostly part of plugins like script runners or something else. You can leverage Jira Cloud for Excel https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221301/jira-cloud-for-excel-official?tab=overview&hosting=cloud This come bundled with any Jira instance and can be very flexible for such use…
-
@Mehraj Ali you need to get in touch with your Org Admin, the setting to enable users is only available to them. If you don't see the users under Managed users this mostly means that your atlassian org hasn't claimed 'gridship.io' domain, and cannot manage it's users. Ref:…
-
Hi @Jill Vieregge , I'll agree with what @John Funk mentioned, you seem to have a Screen present on the 'Reset Resolution' transition, does this screen have anything mandatory? Also, is the Resolution field include in this screen? Another possibility (this is in theory), the parent itself may now have a resolution?(To…
-
Hi @Michael Dimitriadis , What you've asked for has 2 different asks, * Bulk Disabling * Anonymize past users Bulk disabling won't make the user data anonymous, it will just show the user name with (Inactive) appended at the end. You can try using these plugins or API…
