Happy to be at your service :-D Have a nice evening! /L

Hi! Yes this is possible (at least in Cloud) check if you have this option in DC when you configure the Asset field This is the result for me Best of luck Lisa
-
OK so your account belong to a group that has the "Arbeitsplaner" Project Role, and this role has the correct permission and is also chosen as the validation in the post function. You also have added your account as a default user in this project role. Can you give us a screenshot of the project settings > people of the…
-
Are you using this postfunction? I configured mine like this in my testenvironment. So the postfunction is checking that the user performing the transition is in the Project Role Administrators, then setting the Issue security level to "project admins only". It seems to be working. In the step to status Assess the…

All the workarounds I can think of (automations, assets, addons...) probably creates more maintenance work than accepting the fact that you need to manually change the JQL to add each newly created project. Maybe an idea to post a product enhancement to Atlassian on this topic! sorry for the dead end :-) take care Lisa
-
Puzzeling ! If these fields are not needed in these projects at all I would have tried to see if excluding the projects via field context would solve the popup problem during the move action. I would also consult atlassian support to see if we can get an explanation to why these fields appear. Best regards Lisa
-
Hi @Elena Bertucco , Do you mean that you have multiple projects that have BFPMO in their keys? The JQL operators for Project does not allow you to search for "parts of project name" (yet) I am afraid. The JQL operators for key does have a > option but I wonder if that is a suitable option to explore. Another way of…

Hi @Sami Mikkola Welcome to the community! I think I understand what you want. You have a finish to start relations between all the Epics (Epic 1 to Epic 2 and so on) that should be used for calculating the "next Epic". Then the children should follow their parent? I am a little bit curious to know more about how you then…
-
Hi @Tharunkumar B , As you are not allowed to separate a parent and a subtask via the move, every move will automatically also move the subtasks. Perhaps you are faced with mandatory fields for the subtask when you are moving a parent/subtask. I would check * the field configuration for the respective issue types in the…

Oh, I see! When you create a form its not visible using the create button I am afraid. You will run into this error if you choose to use the request type fields You need to send your agents via the link to create a portal request, not ideal and I bet there is an improvement request on this in the jira.atlassian.com-site.…

Ignore this peeps! Check the thread above instead :-P
-
Jättebra att det funkar i DC också.
-
HI @Monika Rani This can be achieved with the Forms functionality where you can create dynamic forms based on the user input. See the doc and guides on how to use Forms Basically you create a form in which you can drag in the fields, then you can add conditions so other sections appears if the value is YES in your field.…

Hi @John Peter Welcome to the community! Are you perhaps migrating between sites ? I think you might run into trouble with the Service Desk Team role as it is a standard project role for the Jira SM product. Copying or duplicating it might cause problems. I would recommend to keep the list of project roles short and neat.…

I have ran this JQL on my Cloud and it works "Customfieldname" in aqlFunction('"SME" = currentUser()')
-
By the way - I am consulting this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/assets-jql-functions-1087513360.html
-
Oh I think I made a couple of mistake here. 1) attributeValue is deprecated, we should use aqlFunction instead 2) If we run Project in attributeValue("Project Manager","=","currentUser()") then Jira will look for the the Jira Project, not the field called project. You have a asset custom field called "project" right? that…

Hi @ananya pandey , Welcome to the community! I see the pain, the team feel that they are "disturbed" and might feel unproductive for not finishing the scope of a sprint. I think labelling this work "unproductive" might not help...it may very well be productive hours, and the correct decision to take to help other parts of…
-
Hej @Peter Strömberg , Is the attribute called "project manager" a jira user type attribute? My server skills are a bit dusty right now but what does this give you Project in attributeValue("Project Manager","=","currentUser()") more documentation here Best regards Lisa

haha, this thread was so long I seemed to miss to read the instructions :-P 1. I have worked with Jira SM since its was launched. 2. Last case I did was to use Jira SM for a quality process (non conformity requests), there are so many ways to use it! 3. Back in 2008 I was involved in building an integration between two…

Hi all! I am just joining this group. I have worked with Jira SM since its conception. Hopefully I can help others with some questions, offer some of my experience from applying Jira SM in various client assignments and processes. I will perhaps share an article or two and ask questions for myself. If I learnt anything…

Hi @Pieter Botha , As long as any attribute on the ticket allow you to choose "Team" and choose the "specific investigation" you can create specific queues for it. You can use Assets to hold a list of Teams and an asset custom field on the incident to tag incidents with what team is currently responsible for the ticket.…

Keep us posted, there must be some logic to it, and many others may run into the same. /L

Hi @Mukesh Nadar , Welcome to the community. I just saw the date on this was in early june so maybe you have found yourself an answer already. Can you tell us a bit more on which barchart you are working with? Inserting some screenshots will help us help you a bit quicker. For CI's - are you using Assets perhaps? For bar…
-
If they use excel now I think the step over to Jira Work management project will be easier, as that give them the option to work both in a list view or in a kanban view. They can link their researchwork to Development items like storys, from their JWM project to the project the dev team works in. Storing their work in a…
-
HI @MATTHIEU BEAUFILS , This is all possible with Insight for Jira, or Assets as it is called nowadays. I see you are on "server" so here is the documentation for it. The functionality in Assets is so flexible, you build up the data model that support your needs in your organisations processes. You need to create an object…

Hi @Majken Longlade AFAIK unfortunately this is not available yet. Vote for this perhaps: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9869 br Lisa
-
Hi, this seems to be a duplicate of https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Requests-and-Approvals-iso-organisations-on-customer-page/qaq-p/2778270
-
Hi @Aldona Akkermans If you have added an organization and added customer users to the organisation, that user will see the organization option when creating a ticket. This field is automatically added, you can not add/remove as other custom fields. best regards Lisa
-
Hi there @Mariusz Kaczor Welcome to the community. Can you add a screenshot of the Asset customfield configuration please? I suspect having the OR in the AQL is not helping your use case. what happens if you only use objectType = "Organization" AND "Status" = active AND "Manager" = currentUser() all the best Lisa
