Hi @Vikrant Yadav , I would be interested in exploring these questions: * Is the UX research team accustomed to working in Jira? * Will the team work in sprints or not? * Are there dependencies to other teams work that needs to be managed? * How linear/parallell are the subtasks? * Are all the subtasks supposed to be done…

Hi @Yojana Joshi , Trying to understand your need here. Do you want a query for "Give me all changes that are currently planned in a window"? A change window ( maintenance or freeze) isn't an attribute of an issue. The current options are to check the issue one by one and see if there are any conflicts in the risk summary…

Hi @Sai krishna Oggu , Welcome to the community! Although I see that Atlassian themselves stop by the community its mainly consists of other regular users. We wouldn't be able to answer a question about the maintenance of cloud and how long it may take. Also you can check out https://status.atlassian.com/ to see the…

good stuff! please mark the question answered if it helped you. This helps users and experts filter and sort on the community. have a nice evening, Lisa
-
Hi @Lisa Rockhill The filtering bar should help you autofind your custom field by its name But a custom field also have a Field ID if you need to use that in your query Go to settings > issues > customfields Find your custom field in the list, click on three dots and hover over edit details to get the ID number of a custom…

Hi @Andrew Lo , Welcome to the community! Interesting that it defaults to Japanese. What is the default language of the site as a whole? Found here: https://YOUR SITE.atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/general-configuration If that is Japanese I think is logical that all newly created projects is in Japanese, but if not I…

Try to remove the "" around Locales.

Hi @Benjamin Høegh , I've done this kind of flows a couple of times now in different assignments. You need to decide if all the users having a role in the process should work as agents in your IT portal project or if there is a need to have different roles in separate Jira projects. With automations you can trigger…

I would contact the support of the applications to get some more help or maybe post a picture of your workflow validation here so we can investigate it further. Normally the Addon vendors have an excellent support! br Lisa
-
Oh, that might be it. Good input! I also think that scaling it up the QSM, I would imagine they need custom made whiteboard templates to achieve an overall consistent design of each defined process. thanks! Lisa

Ok. I have tested it in my environment. If you add a JQL to the Scheduled trigger to limit the run (example limiting it to a specific project for example) then the automation will not complain when using the Issue fields condition you chose. other options: * specify the full matching JQL on the schedule and skip the…
-
Hi @Roxanne Francis , Welcome to the community! You should be able to do this with automation :) When you choose the trigger "Scheduled" you can add a JQL for what issues should be in scope for the automation. Check if you have a JQL there that is conflicting with your IF condition. Best regards Lisa
-
Hi @[deleted] , I get it. Sprint value is empty hence the "none" value. I'm afraid you can't affect the label in the basic pie chart with configuration. If it bugs you I would probably have limited the filter of the pie chart to issues that have a sprint applied and then chosen other gadgets to present the time logs of…

Hi @Florence PICARD , Welcome to the community! Try these: * parentEpic = EDPF-53 * issue in portfolioChildIssuesOf("EDPF-53") * parent = EDPF-53 see the full documentation on the JQL functions in Cloud here all the best Lisa

According to the corresponding Cloud ticket it does not seem to work there (yet): JRACLOUD-23590 I noticed however that Melkers example URL in JRASERVER-23590 only include standard fields, not custom fields. There are suggestions adding custom fields to the create issue URL, both for cloud and on prem, which unfortunately…

Once you have Assets in Jira it you can use it in any kind of project in Jira. It also holds discovery features see more doc on this here And if you have external repositories of asset data you can sync this with the Jira Assets using the standard import features or explore the marketplace for importer apps for many of the…
-
Hi @Dale White , Welcome to the community! You seem to be on Cloud and the Standard plan. My recommendation is to change to the Premium Plan to unlock the Asset feature in Jira. It is bundled in the Jira Service Managment product so you need licenses to that too. best regards Lisa

Hi! I am doing this is one of my environments, but I have chosen to solve the need with Automations instead. I wonder if I had the same problem as you with the postfunction...or if I just happened to choose that solution option. If you choose an Automation make sure Project Role (atlassian-addons-project-access) has the…

Hi @harshWardhan Wardhan , Welcome to the community! I am trying to understand what you are asking for. Are you on cloud or on premise? I suspect on premise. As I see your URL you are trying to create a direct link to creating an issue in the specific environment (I assumed you just anonymised the <company_host> part).…

Hi! it is similar to JQL - here is the documentation for it: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-assets-query-language-aql/ If you want to show the list of "Locales" in your custom field you need to configure the "Alcance del filtro" , which you have done nicely. Test to remove the config…

Thank you! I’m sticking it on the list of possible solutions.

Love it! Including visual aids and interactive elements to training is the bomb!

Hi @Steve Tedeschi , So if something happens with ABC-3 (story) you want both to notify assignee and reporter on the ABC-2 (Epic) and also notify the assignee and reporter of ABC-1 (Initiative) Maybe this question would help to point you in the right direction…
-
HI @Massaut , So for issue of type X you want to validate that the user should not be able to make transition Y if issue has no children? First decision you need to do is it you want to build * a condition (do not present the transition for the user if the conditions are not fulfilled) * a validation (send error message if…

Hi @임제희 Welcome to the forum! I would recommend Tempos time tracking apps for companies where time logging is important. Easier to log the work and to report on time logs. They offer this functionality in three apps with different features and pricing, Check out: Time tracker Lite Time tracker Timesheets Very good vendor…

Hi! You can create an automation to scan for the particular reporter and the unwanted summary and delete those tickets, alternatively resolve them automatically? best regards /Lisa
-
Good start! I see lots of users complain about the limitation to 3 whiteboards in standard. I think we should see it as standard really just showing a preview of the functionality. If you should use it as a company then they need to go Premium.
-
Just started to play around with Confluence whiteboards. As a heavy drawer, I must say I like it a lot. I'll be sure to recommend it to my clients.

Hi @Saili , I have found that if you edit the workflow and remove the global transitions (any) and replace them with status to status transitions then the create issue option disappears from the kanban column. best regards Lisa
