Hey Christian, my name is Carlos, I am the Team Lead of the Jira Mobile team. First of all thank you so much for the images which clarify a lot the problem. I think the problem that you are seeing is that you have 2 filters on. You have the grouping but at the same time you have your user selected as a filter (it has the…

yes, you are right. It only happens when the backlog is empty. We have a ticket and we will address it soon.

Hi!, My name is Carlos, I am the manager in charge of the Jira Mobile Apps. We do not support that yet. We did not receive too much feedback about it either. Here is the suggestion raised : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71351 Please leave your comment and we can take a look at it. Thanks!
-
Michael, we received your feedback. A person from the team will be answering you.

Hi!, I am the Team Lead in charge of the Mac App Really sorry that you are suffering from the blurry fonts. We worked really hard to alleviate this problem and in version 94 of the Mac app we have fixes coming in. Just FYI, there is no official blurriness fix from Mac OS. The new technology that Apple released in Catalina…

People, I am Carlos, Team Lead of Jira Mobile :) if you are having issues with the Jira App, please raise your feedback from Settings -> Give Feedback. Tell us which project and which issue so we can find out a bit more about the situation. Thanks

Hey Helen, I am the TL from Jira Mobile App and I can answer that one for you. We don't have right now a functionality to search by reporter, but you can always create a new filter in Web and that filter will appear in your app, so you just click on it and you will have your data. I hope that helps ;)

Hey! I am the Jira Team Lead for Mobile and Native Apps. Push and in-app notification had different systems that we are trying to merge together. So there are times that you can experience this situation that you are mentioning here. If you want to turn off the push message you can go to the App Settings and turn them off.…

Hey @Carlos de Magalhaes , I work in Jira Mobile and usually when you see this error is because you already received the SMS. Once you received it once we don't send it again. (But the user interface is not that clear :( ) But we do is basically giving you a generic link to your specific Store, but you can search in your…

@dmaia92 I think I read this same comment in our internal feedback. We need to investigate what is happening. Would you mind sending us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com with the url that you are using in web to see your backlog? We can then search on our logs what is happening. Thanks
-
weird something might not be working
-
Can you accept this as an answer (there should be a button in the page to do that)

Hey Alexey, I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile and I can answer this question for you ;) What you are asking should work out of the box. If your QR code has a jira issue url the issue should open. Just go for example to: https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ Then add the url of the issue that you want to open and print that QR…

Hi!, I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile, would you mind sending us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com, or send us feedback through the app and an email to remind us so we can get back to you with an investigation? Thanks!
-
@Dustan Ashley you need to send us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com with the instance of Jira that you are using so we can disable it. At the same time please send this text in the email so we can keep track of it. Thanks for the patience.

Hey! I am the team lead of Jira Mobile (Native apps) I think you are right, when we render the issue in Mobile Web we are not showing the time details. The mobile app does show them. If you want raise a bug and I can forward it to the team.
-
Hi! We already released the iOS version with the SSO fix. We are releasing the android one really soon :)
-
@Jordan Paris can you send an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com ? We are listening for feedback and trying to address those.
-
@Elliot Larard thanks for the feedback, just send us an email on why you want it off and we are more than happy to help you. We are gathering feedback on how people are using this feature or why they don't want it, so it is great for our research. Thanks for raising this @Dena Campasano and @Elliot Larard !
-
@Dena Campasano I am the Engineering manager of Jira Mobile and indeed we are releasing a new feature to get SLA breaches in your phone. Would you mind sending us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com ? We are planning to put a setting in the phone to avoid getting this pushes. Thanks
-
@Bianca Marin would you mind sending us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com with pictures / videos so we can sort out what is going on? I think you are talking about a Jira Service Desk feature maybe but I need to be sure. And please screenshots on how it works in web. Thanks!
-
Hey @Bianca Marin I am the Team Lead of the Jira Mobile App. I will try to answer the question hoping one of the options I give you is the one you are having... * If the Reporter field is not visible in the Issue screen: if this is the case, then it means that you need to go to Web and add the Reporter in the view or edit…
-
@Mike Otto I am the Lead of the Jira Mobile team. Would you mind sending us some pictures so we understand better the problem. We are going to be releasing really soon a fix for SSO but I just need to confirm that it is the same problem that you are talking about, You can send us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com and I…

@[deleted] I am the lead of the Jira Mobile team. Would you mind sharing a picture? We would love to see it in the App to understand better the components being affected. Thanks!

Push notifications are sent to any change on an issue if the user watching , being the reporter or the assignee of the issue. What you can do is create a post function in every issue created that makes both of them watchers. I don’t think they will get a push notification for issue created, we don’t currently support that…
-
@Dinghao_Zeng I think it should be pretty straightforward to make the fixes for this repo to run in Swift 4. if you want to fix them and raise a PR to that repo we are more than happy to look at it ;)
-
We try to keep a cache internally because this does not change often... could you try to delete the data of the app and re-login? It should be cleared in a 5 minutes timeframe but maybe something is going on and that it is not being shown.
-
Hey Dinghao, I am Team Lead of Jira Mobile and I can give you some tips to accomplish what you want... First of all, there is no easy way to pass parameters to create an issue in mobile. The most you can do is to pass an attachment and then create a ticket from there. But you have other alternatives that could work really…
-
yes, make them required with no default values and they will appear always and Jira will not let you create the ticket without them... So I think that is what you want
