Hey Michael, I am the Jira Mobile Team Lead so I can give you real context about this. The answer to your question is no. We do not have a way right now to customise the order of fields in the screen. In Mobile we have tried to simplified as much as possible the fields that you see so you can do the creation as fast as…

Lavin, the team took a look and Jira Mobile does not use that dependency. So it must be something on your phone :)
-
Chris, thanks for raising this request. I can answer this question because I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile so I know how everything works :) There are 3 types of notifications today that as a user you receive: * Email Notifications * In-App Notifications : these are the ones that you can see in the notification Tab in…

Lavin thanks for sending this info... We are investigating with the team :) I hope to give you some answers tomorrow

If jira-mobile-connect is not enabled in the instance the worst you can have is if somebody used the Location custom field. That is the only thing added that somebody could try to use outside its functionality.
-
Jira Mobile connect is a way to gather feedback from mobile apps. So there should not be anything in the app store. You should download the SDK and integrate that into your app.

Hey Mark, I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile so hopefully I could answer this better... In Jira Mobile we support all kinds of boards and with one or multiple sprints at the same time. If you have multiple sprints in one board just open the filter in the board and you are going to be able to see that one sprint alone. We…

Hey Christian, my name is Carlos, I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile here at Atlassian and I wanted to share how we do things here... Before we had 1 project for iOS, Android and Backend. We had components for each and we had 2 different boards separated by this components. In the end it didn't work well because you have…

Hey Andi, I am the TL of the iOS Team. Would you mind telling me which permission did you change from the default? I want to be able to nail where the problem is. Thanks.
-
Dominik, I am the iOS Team Lead. We already pushed a new build which has this fix. Can you please update and if this is still happening then we will take a look. Thanks!
-
@Keith White I am the Team Lead of Jira Mobile and I can tell you that we had a bug in a previous release that was preventing some accounts to be refreshed properly and leaving the app in weird state. The only fix for now is to uninstall and install again the app. This is only happening in iOS. And should be fix in the…

Jesus, I am the Mobile Team Lead and I am happy to answer you. We are using in both iOS and Android native apps. We code in Swift and Kotlin. In terms of the libraries we are using you can always go to : Profile -> Settings -> About Jira -> Open Source Projects and you are going to be able to see all the…

Your admin must have configured a Resolution screen in your project where they made the field required. I need to know which type of custom field it is . If you are an admin you can go to the Custom Fields page. If you don't know how to get there... land in Jira... press in your keyboard "gg" and that would open the…
-
Malcolm, to be able to create a request we would need to know which type of field it is ... In Jira you can create different type of Custom fields so unless I know the type I cannot help you more.
-
"Enter Time Spent" is a custom field? Is it a number field?
-
Hey Malcolm, I am the Lead of Jira Mobile and would love to understand a bit more the problem... Does this problem happen in iOS and Android?
-
Igor, I am the Team lead of Jira Mobile. Can you please send us an email with screenshots and information please to jira-mobile@atlassian.com so we can help you sort out this problem?
-
Hi! I am the Jira Mobile Team Lead in Atlassian. If you could send us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com with the URL of jira you are accessing and your username and the phone details we may be able to help you :) If not you can shake the phone and it will send a feedback to our team with all your details (that might be…
-
Yeap that is correct. I am the Team Lead of Mobile and we don't have this feature yet. You can always shake the phone and raise the feedback. We always read our customers feedback :)
-
Thanks Matt for your feedback. I am the Team Lead in the Android team. We are aware of the issue but don't have any timeline to when we will add this functionality. I raised the issue so you can watch and be aware when we ship it. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69453 Thanks
-
@Kyle McArdle sorry but you can do what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said but we are still not opening those links in the mobile apps. It should be hard to implement, I already raised the request , if we get some traction we will do it but I cannot commit to any timelines... Thanks for raising this ;)
-
Hi @Kyle McArdle, I am the JIRA Android Team lead and I can tell you that you can solve this issue by sending a filter. We do open filters in the app. We didn't have any request before of opening search queries but it is a good idea and will add it to our backlog. So any share filter or a filter that the user has access…
-
Hey Dan, I am Jira Mobile Team lead, can you please send us a screenshot of the custom field that you are using? We need to understand if it is a custom field provided by Jira or another plugin... Thanks!
-
Hi Nicola, Right now we are not supporting backlog for Kanban in mobile. We do support scrum.
-
With JIRA 7 whenever you create a new project you can add aggregators to create all the rest of the stuff from there. HipChat and Confluence already are hooked to that, and you can create a room mapping and a confluence space immediately. It's a matter of adding more aggregators there.

There are 2 places where you make your plugin DC compatible. One is in the UI of Marketplace and the other one is in the atlassian-plugin.xml. Sample: <plugin-info><description>${project.description}</description><version>${project.version}</version><vendor name="${project.organization.name}"…

@Norman Atashbar would be the best person to answer this. As far as I remember this was raised before and I think we are not pushing restricted comments to rooms. I think it would be nice if you can provide the server version and the plugin version cause it might be fixed. The best way to fix this would be to go through…
