@Brandon Miles Hi! I work in the Jira mobile apps, if you can send a feedback report through the app it will help a lot to understand the problem. Please put in the message that your app is crashing constantly and the team will take a look at it. Just go to Settings or Account -> Share feedback.

Hey @MOssa , I work in the Jira Mobile Apps in Atlassian, we had an incident with a 3rd party addon (scrumpy-planning-poker). If you were using that addon in the instance it must be that, the vendor already fixed the bug so we are good. No need to update the app or make any change. Could you please tell me if that was the…

Hey @daniel , I think it is best to raise a support request through support.atlassian.com . The support team will be able to go through the configuration and find out what is going on. I hope this helps :)
-
Hey @Dean Grande , we already made a lot of fixes over issue editing... Check it out ;)
-
Hi @Noren Livingston , I am from the Jira Mobile team, from the backlog you can long press on any issue and move it wherever you need. There is only one movement that we don't support quite right is Kanplan or next-gen with backlog and no sprints. We are trying to address that in the following months.

As far as I know, no. You don't have to pay extra to get push notifications in Server. But bear in mind that Cloud Mobile Apps have much more functionality than the server mobile apps.
-
Vladimir, the screenshot that you sent is not our mobile apps. Can you post the links of the playstore/appstore so we know which app did you download? These are our apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.atlassian.android.jira.core&hl=en_AU https://apps.apple.com/au/app/jira-cloud-by-atlassian/id1006972087

Noah, you added the question in the Cloud section of our products. To allow push notifications in Server side there are other things you need to do. You can easily use an Automation rule in the project to mention you in every new ticket that is created and you would get a push. I wrote a workaround for your case…

Hi @Osman Pas , I am part of the Jira Mobile team and there is no way today to do this now. That is why we have this feature suggestion: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-73438 -> Don't forget to vote for it ;) But, there is a really easy workaround. Go to your Project Settings -> Automation -> New Rule Create an…

I can answer because I am leading the Mac App :) The Mac App is only for Cloud customers and there are no plans to port it to Server. Sorry :(
-
Hey Thomas, can you send us an email to jira-cloud-native@atlassian.com ? We can forward you to the right team. Please ping this thread when you've done it.
-
You cannot replace this, but you can use for example "Automation for Jira" addon to send the emails that you want with the format that you want. Automation for Jira is super powerful and you can customise it to do almost everything that you need :)
-
Hi!, my name is Carlos and I am Engineering manager in Jira mobile apps. You can do Time Tracking in the mobile apps. We also support Tempo and other Ecosystem timesheets apps. But to be able to answer properly this question I would need more clarity. Thanks!
-
Thanks @فادي , we already identified the issue and the fix is being rolled out as we speak. The fix is in version 51 of android app.
-
@فادي I work in the Mobile App team. Would you mind send feedback through the app so we can get more info about you and the jira instance you are using. You can answer back in this thread when you've done it so we can track it.
-
Hey @Rüdiger Gleim , I worked in the Mobile teams in Atlassian and we had a bug that this could happen. Could you try in Android to go to the App Info -> Storage & Cache -> Clear storage. You don't have to uninstall the app. After that, please answer back if you are still experiencing the problem. You can always raise a…
-
Hey!, My team works with the Mac App :) We would need more info to help you out. Are you doing a specific action? Would you mind sending an email to jira-cloud-native@atlassian.com? Thanks!
-
Hey! I work in Atlassian and I answer the same question a couple of days ago here You might want to take a look at it
-
You need to login and then it will let you log a ticket
-
Hey @pawelbah , let me tell you this, you are not alone mate. This was an answer I gave a while ago and you can find feedback from several…
-
@Utsav Gajjar I think you need to raise a support ticket. These type of questions requires the support team to investigate how your instance is configured. Can you please do that? https://support.atlassian.com/

Hi!, I am managing Jira Cloud but I sent a message to the Server team to check on this question :)
-
@[deleted] you need to go to the project settings in Web and add the field into the proper screen.
-
Hi!, Just a quick question. Did you receive email notifications too?
-
Yeap, sorry that I couldn't help you more on this. It is something that we would love to do but we don't have the capacity yet :(
-
Hi! I saw your question yesterday and already sent it to the relevant team. Not only that, I pinged the team twice ;) If nobody answers I will try to sort it out.
-
No plans for now, sorry. :( The jira-mobile-connect codebase is old, but you can use it to build whatever you want on top. The important part is having the backend token to send tickets and that is already enabled. What we usually do here is that we send tickets through the jira-mobile-connect addon to JSD (it needs to be…
-
Hey @Christian Grasser , I can answer this question because I work in Jira Mobile :) The answer is No, there is no SDK provided for JSD. But you can use jira-mobile-connect for this. https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/jiraconnect-android/src/default/ It works across Cloud and Server. In Cloud is already added into your…

We are deploying the fix in our backends. Hopefully in the next 72 hours this issue will be mitigated.

Jira Android and iOS Apps already support OAuth and all SSOs
