Hi @Jader Peixoto Volkmer can you put all 25 users in a particular group? When I am in my JSM, and select settings (the gear) / User Management and click on the kabob (3-dots) to select "Export Users" it allows me to export by group. I just tried it for my team and it worked well. Hope that helps.
