Hi Miles, I did a quick test on my instance and it's searching page content. I found an Atlassian Support article https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/search-for-pages-and-posts/ It looks like there is a filter to 'Search Titles only'. Could this be set on your site? I couldn't find it on my site to try it.

Hi Jader, you should be able to check the request type right when the work item is created. I do that for some of my Automations. Here's a screenshot of how I'm doing it. Hope that helps.

Hi @Kenny Wipperman just a couple of random thoughts of things to look at. Do you create new Support tickets via email? Is there a possibility that email is creating a new ticket somehow? Also, do you happen to use Automations? That might be another thing to check. Just a few ideas off the top of my head.
