Hi @Santiago Moreno I apologize for any translation issues. I'm not aware of any way to do that now. It would be helpful to have that functionality, especially if you are sharing them with others. I found JSDCLOUD-13580 & JSDCLOUD-13574 that sound like the functionality you're looking for. I would suggest voting for and…

Hi @Julia Foden just for clarification, are your questions specifically about Scriptrunner? If so, have you tried contacting Adaptavist for Scriptrunner Support? Here's the link to their Support tab on the marketplace for Scriptrunner: Scriptrunner support I see on the marketplace, they have a separate link to submit a…

Hi @suzuki here is a Knowledge Base article from Atlassian for integrating JSM & Confluence set-up-your-knowledge-base-with-confluence That's pretty much what I did and it's working great for me.

Hi @Agustín Wenner I apologize if there are any translation issues. Out on Atlassian's Jira Site I found JSDCLOUD-8345 . It appears there are some more translation issues that need to be addressed. I would recommend voting for and watching it for updates. You can also make a comment on that issue if there are more specific…

Hi @Tina-Louise Allaire I found this link on the Atlassian Marketplace for the Scroll PDF Exporter. As that's a 3rd Party App, I would suggest contacting them for assistance. There's a button to request support as well as an email that you could use. Hope that helps.

Hi @Richard N_ if you can get the data into a CSV file from Confluence, you should be able to import with the API or right from the application. Import Customers with API It looks like same option would be available from the API to export the Customer/Organization information into a file. Then you should be able to import…

Hi @Pieter van de Ven welcome to the community. I found CONFCLOUD-82975 on Atlassian's Jira Site. It's currently closed as a duplicate, but I don't see the duplicate ticket. As you're the Product Admin and you have a Standard License, I would contact Atlassian Support to get more information. I've tagged them to look at…

I'll need to check out the EasyBI reports.

Hi @Wendy Pariente I apologize for any translation errors. I did a quick web search and found this article on Jira Data Center 9.13.1 Vulnerabilities . I'll let you make your own conclusion from that information. There is also this Security Bulletin article I found from Atlassian that may help answer your question. Hope…

Hi @Lisa Smith welcome to the Community. I did a quick search on Atlassian's Jira Site and found JRACLOUD-95336 which sounds like your issue. It was created a few months ago. Take a look at that, and if you agree feel free to vote for and watch it for updates. There are a few similar ones out there as well. If that's not…

Good to see some nice addons to enhance the Atlassian suite.

Hi @margaret.wagner welcome to the community. I did a little test to paste text into a text editor and Word and wasn't able to replicate the behavior you are seeing. I have seen something similar going the other way, when I'm pasting text from another application into Jira, but haven't been able to narrow down a workflow.…

Hi @Eve Rojas welcome to the community. As we're a community of users, we're not really setup to assist with billing issues. I would recommend contacting Atlassian Support and use the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option. They should be able to straighten out any billing issues you may be having. Hope that helps

Hi @Jay Maechtlen welcome to the community. These aren't 'best practices', but take a look at CONFCLOUD-33268 , It sounds related to your issue. At this time, it seems like you would need to track them yourself. If that work item is related to your issue, feel free to vote for it and watch it for updates.

Hi @assem.alghobary welcome to the community. I've found to get a Request Resolved with an article will count if you add the KB article to a "Reply To Customer" by clicking the 'Share as Comment' icon when searching for your Knowledge Base articles in the Details section of your work item. Hope that helps.

Looking forward to see what's up in the world of apps.

Anyone who would be creating or editing content would be a Confluence user. My customers who are accessing the KB articles through the JSM portal do not need Confluence licenses. Your JSM Agents, or anyone else who could be writing content would need a license. Hope that helps.

Hi @Marek welcome to the community. JSM and Confluence work great together. I have Confluence setup as a Knowledge Base for my JSM customers. They can only view the articles in the JSM Portal. and my Agents and Developers have access to Confluence to create and edit the articles that the customers can see, as well as other…

Hi @Stichting voor Kennis en sociale Cohesie welcome to the community. Based on how I read this Atlassian Security article, your data is secured regardless of whichever license you are using. Hi @Innovate Tax Technical Team welcome to the community. I found JSDCLOUD-2188 and JRACLOUD-95875 on Atlassian's Jira site to request this functionality. Hi @Ricco Trudslev welcome to the community. I'm assuming you are using the cloud. Not being an expert on the Atlassian API calls, you could try these wo calls that might help you out. You may need to reactivate your subscription to get the API to work. I think you could use the "Get Organizations" to get all of the…

Hi Scott, it appears that the functionality of attaching images has changed where now you can specify the number of pixels it takes up, similar to Confluence. When I open older work items, the pixels aren't listed, and instead I get a "Convert to Pixels" icon. I have a suspicion that your issue is related to this change in…
-
Hi @Scott Howard I'm not exactly seeing that behavior. I did see print images being quite large, but when I edited the comment, and converted it to pixels, that several of them are getting smaller. I changed the resolution and the size of the image in the print preview didn't change. Are you able to reproduce this at will?…
