Hi @Ann Wilson when I click on 'Quick Filters' there's a slider at the bottom that says 'Show quick filters'. If this is on, I'm seeing the behavior you are seeing. Is yours possibly turned on? If I slide it back to 'off' I don't see them all broken out like you're seeing. Hope that helps.

Hi @Jader Peixoto Volkmer can you put all 25 users in a particular group? When I am in my JSM, and select settings (the gear) / User Management and click on the kabob (3-dots) to select "Export Users" it allows me to export by group. I just tried it for my team and it worked well. Hope that helps.
