  • Hi @Hill_ Fred J welcome the community! There are a few mailing lists you can subscribe to. Here's the Cloud Roadmap page where you can subscribe to get updates on functionality. You can also sign up for updates on specific products on the Email & Privacy Preferences page. You can request all sorts of updates from there.…
  • Hi @Tom Cherian welcome to the community. Although it's not an exact match, CONFSERVER-57510 and CONFSERVER-19430 sounds very similar to your issue where the numbers are missing and/or out of sync. If you think they're related, I would suggest voting for and watching them. I understand it may not be practical, but if you…
  • Hi @Jess Katz welcome to the community. If you're looking for a customer facing Knowledge Base, I would recommend at least considering getting the Free version of JSM (Jira Service Management) for review, just for its Knowledge Base connectivity with Confluence. We've been live for just over 2 years, and it works quite…
  • Hi @Mathew Lederman I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site. Could one of these be your request? CONFCLOUD-70742 CONFCLOUD-74941 Feel free to vote for and watch them if they are. If not, you're more than welcome to create your own request out there. Hope that helps. That site has been very helpful to me for…
  • Hi @Pierre GARD welcome to the community. Would it be possible to get some more context about your issue? Can you give a simple example of how I could recreate your issue? My suspicion is that the PDF export program is using a WYSIWYG approach (What You See Is What You Get) and sees the link icon and includes it your PDF…
  • Free training! Great opportunity to take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about your favorite Atlassian products.
  • Oh @Kristján Geir Mathiesen again, we are so much alike. The only exception for me was to get a bottle of Pop (ya, in the Midwest of the US, it's Pop. Hang on .... let me translate.... "bottle of soda" :) ok, back to the question.... ) preferring Mountain Dew over anything AND the bag of the Sunflower Seeds. Then you empty…
  • Hi @Will Ellis welcome to the community. I recreated that issue in my space. I did find CONFCLOUD-78260 which sounds similar, but I'll let you decide. I just pasted Azure Data Factory on to a page a few times and then tried to find it and it did not. Then I put quotes around it, and it found it right away. I also found…
  • Hi @Sean Colandrea welcome to the community. Do you have a little arrow just to the left of the project name, or do you see one if you hover your mouse over that area? If you do, does your Left navigation come back if you click it? If you're using Chrome, does it show up in Incognito mode? I've also seen someone mention…
  • Hi @dirwin welcome to the community. Without an example or some screenshots, I could only speculate on the issue. Have you tried looking at your browser and monitor Zoom Levels? I know that there are some things with Atlassian products that I've seen similar to this and my zoom level was set higher. Once I put it back to…
  • Hi @Pascal Janssen welcome to the community. If I understand your question you can add the "Time to Resolution" and "Time to First Response" by configuring the columns. I did a quick test, and that was working for me. Then when you print the report, those columns should appear in your report. Hope that helps.
  • Hi @Michelle Wilson I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see anything specific to this request. I did happen to find JRACLOUD-74735 which may or may not work for you. If it does, I'd suggest voting for and watching it for future updates. If that won't work for you, I would suggest creating this…
  • Hi @Khyati Sharma welcome to the community. After doing a little digging in JSM and a little searching in Atlassian's Jira Site and found JSDCLOUD-13277 and JSDCLOUD-12782 . I would say at the moment, the functionality to import Canned Responses doesn't exist yet. I also took a look at the JSM API and didn't see anything…
  • My other favorite template is any template that you can consistently use across your organization. If you are trying to go through documentation and one person wrote it one way, another person wrote it another way, and the third person used an entirely different format, it makes the documentation tiresome to use.
  • @Tricia Savage _External_ have you voted for those three Suggestions? Also, if you can add a comment as to how your business is affected, that might help too. I'm a Jira user myself, so I voted for and added a comment as well.
  • Hi @Maverick Brendli welcome to the community! I can replicate that behavior in my instance, even if I widen the title column first. I'm figuring the system is calculating a column width for each column and shortening the title seemingly to make it fit. It appears there's plenty of room for the actual titles, so I'm not…
  • Hi @Mont IT if I'm understanding your workflow correctly, I'm not able to recreate your issue. I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't find anything, but I could have missed something based on keywords. Have other users in your instance seen the same behavior? I'm using Edge, have you tried another browser…
  • Hi @Peggy Buggia welcome to the community. I'm wondering if it would be possible to include a screenshot of the issue you are having. I'm not exactly sure what it is you're seeing and which text box you're referring to. If you'd prefer, you can also check Atlassian's Jira Site for similar issues that may have been reported.
  • Anaheim in April. Someplace warm. This week it's been -10F to -20F in the Midwest of the US. Where we're layering up, hoping the car starts, and crossing our fingers that we don't get any flat tires, so thinking about California in April is almost as good as a nice warm bowl of chicken noodle soup right now! I am actually…
  • I'm not going to be making it this year. Will need to get it into my budget for next year. Have a great time for everyone who is going!
  • Meeting notes is a great template to start with. If you repeatedly are using it, now you have some consistency with your meeting notes.
  • Hi @Danielle Bonneau sounds like a great idea! I'm sure I'd find a way to implement that if it was possible, but I can't think of one off the top of my head. I did find CONFCLOUD-54854 on Atlassian's Jira site, could it be part of that? If you use the voting functionality, maybe people can vote on it from the confluence…
  • Hi @Anne CAZALET welcome to the community. This is the Atlassian Community, made up of mainly users. I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but I found a contact page on Atlassian's site, I'm hoping you can possibly narrow down the topic as there are a few more options out there. Hope that helps.
  • Hi @斎藤 昂 welcome to the community. Unless I'm reading this wrong, Looking at the Atlassian Developer Confluence API Guide, I don't see an API call to add a user to a space. Feel free to take a look at it yourself, as I may have missed something.
  • Hi @Courtney Caudle I can replicate the behavior and would agree that shouldn't work like that. The Quick Filter either needs to be reset, or else the search needs to use it when that bored is loaded. I requested Atlassian Support to weigh in, let's see where that leads.
  • Hi @Chris Byrd welcome to the community! I took a look on Atlassian's Jira Site for some thing similar to this, but couldn't find anything. You're free to submit something out there. If you do, try to be as specific as possible. I'd also encourage you to vote for and watch it after you submit it for any future updates. You…
  • Hi @Laura De Vita welcome to the community. I did a quick search on the internet and found this Atlassian article on Connecting MS Dynamics CRM to Jira. I'm no expert on it, so I wouldn't be able to answer any questions regarding its functionality, but it would at least give you something to start. I see there's a few…
  • Hi @TXM Systems welcome to the community! At this time there isn't a way to use a template to create a page from the mobile app. I found CONFCLOUD-58943 on Atlassian's Jira Site requesting this functionality. I would suggest voting for and watching it for updates on its progress. I went ahead and voted for it too! Hope…
  • Hi @Murat Sahan do you know what version of Jira Server you are using? Atlassian includes a Jira Migration Assistant if you're using version 8.14 or later. You can manually install it if the version is 7.6 or later. Here's the article I'm referring to: update-or-install-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant That article also…
  • Hi @Donald Schafer welcome to the community. I found JIRAALIGN-6450 out on Atlassian's Jira site. If I'm understanding your question correctly, that is the issue you are looking for an update on. I would suggest voting for and watching it for future updates. Feel free to leave a comment on it as well. Hope that helps.
