Hi @Kian Stack Mumo Systems It is something that a customer wants to do in their project. They are not actually scrum team, they don't use sprints but they do want to track how much time has been estimated on the issue and how much is tracked.

I am also interested in this. Any ideas? Haven't found an easy native way to do this. The best suggestion that I have found is to subscribe to filter and store the data in email. It is not as good as storing it in Confluence but at least it is possible to find filter results based on dates. 

1. Consider if the meeting is actually needed. Maybe Confluence can help achieving the goal without meeting. 2. Ask yourself "What is in it for the attendee?" 3. Save discussions to "parking lot"

You are right as far as I know but the Trusted Users role is not used anymore. I did check with the JQL and it does find JSW projects issues too in search if I use assignee in organizationMembers("org name"). 

We are using Outlook and we have "Jira Cloud for Outlook" plugin so instead of forwarding email, we click Jira Cloud "Create issue" button in Outlook and you can edit the reporter field from there before creating issue.
