Users with same email addresses will be merged and the ones that are not present with their email in Cloud will be created (without access to products). If you give them product access, then they will see all the things they have permission to see. I would double check all spaces permissions anyway. I believe that the ones…

I migrated some users that didn't have the same email address and I used "Bulk edit" to reassign their issues to their new account. I didn't find better solution at that time.

I am not 100% certain on my answer but I believe and remember from my migration that: 1. Space permissions will be the same after migration. Private spaces will remain private and public will be public. You should check group and user permissions after migration. 2. I don't think personal spaces will become public. If you…

I might not have the best answer to you but I will share my experience. When I migrated from server to cloud, we had also different usernames in server and cloud because two different companies joined and we had two different Active Directories. The thing to note here is that user merge in migration is done by email…

This does not happen for me. Can you check if it happens with different browser?

Wow! I will start to dive in to Atlassian Team Playbook now. I din't know anything about it until now!

This reminds me of the time I remodelled my house and lived in a trailer for nine months. I wasn't "on the go" but it was quite all right to live there so I could definitely make few trips and keep working without taking extra holiday time to do it.

I think that what ever season it is, people need fresh air and sunlight so it was a good reminder! I enjoyed it. Should do it more often.

Here is my Trick & Treat for all Atlassian Jira fans! Greatest trick to keep everything related to eachother without doing it manually is using Assets objects as custom fields. And my favourite treat in Jira is automation! Post in social: https://twitter.com/LoopmanKerli/status/1588234622999093248…

I don't use "Organizations" anymore because I don't want users to be able to share their requests with whole organization and our users didn't quite get why this field appeared on request forms. So I came up with an idea with custom field + automation. How I use my custom department field: I have created a new cascade…

That's a great reminder. I will move now to my balcony with a lot of clothes on to my weekly meeting. I did it in summer time more often but now the weathers are awful - windy, wet and cold. I also am usually doing chores when the meetings are mostly for listening not participating myself that much!

@Seema Seehra this is great opportunity for Universities. I remember that at some point our schools had .edu addresses but I think now we don't use there in our universities. Is this program for all countries? My schools address is with @tlu.ee and I believe we have @ttu.ee, @ut.ee, @artun.ee, @student.emu.ee, @eamt.ee -…

Just sharing my experience with similar issues I had with newly created users who didn't recieve any notifications. In our case it was because we had user synced to Atlassian and added to projects, issues but we didn't have the mailbox ready at that moment. So Atlassian was trying to send email to account that didn't have…

I think that everyone who are using several accounts should check out browser profiles (I am using them in Edge and Chrome but I believe that all popular browsers allow this - just click on your profile image in your browser and there is "Add" or "Add profile" there.). This would be helpful for that question: "There are…
