Thanks Paul, we're experiencing an issue with provisioning Atlassian-created agents for some instances, we're actively working on a fix. If this issue isn't resolved by the end of this week, please feel free to reply to this thread again and I'll bring that feedback back to the team.

Hi @Paul Pasler _Seibert_ , can you share a screenshot or more information about what you are seeing? You should see 20 OOTB agents built by Atlassian, are you not seeing that in your browse agents modal?
