Hi @Martina Petkova, Welcome to the Atlassian community! Another solution is to display this info in a Jira dashboard by using a dashboard gadget. You could use the Jira's Filter Results gadget to list the issues from a filter along with their linked issues. Unfortunately, this gadget does not also display the status of…

Hi @Wilson Ndeh, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Do you have this information stored somehow in Jira already? For this to work in a gadget, you’ll need a field on the issues that stores the corresponding “status” by selecting one or more possible values such as “Completed on time,” “Past due,” “Pending,” “Reassigned,”…

Hi @Avery Safley, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This does not appear to be a native Jira gadget, but rather a gadget from a plugin. You should address this question directly to the plugin vendor. If you also happen to have our Great Gadgets plugin installed, you could try the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget, which…

Hi @BM, Are those team-managed or company-managed projects? In a company managed-space (project), you can create a new board based on a filter. So first create and save a filter in Jira that returns the issues from all 5 projects. Then create a new board based on the existing filter.…

Hi @Ritu Agarwal (CW), As far as I know, Jira's burndown report or burndown gadget do not support this, but can try to achieve this with a plugin (app) from Atlassian Marketplace, If you are open to trying a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Release Burndown Burnup Chart gadget that will let you display the burndown…

Hi @Josh Williams, I looked over some examples of ZendeskQA dashboards and I think you can achieve something similar by using Jira dashboards. Jira offers some useful native gadgets such as Issue statistics, Pie Chart, Two Dimensional Filter Statistics, but you can add more gadgets depending on your needs, by installing…

Hi @DFB, Some of Jira’s native gadgets can also use a filter as their data source. This allows you to include issues from multiple projects, as long as your filter uses a JQL query like the following: project IN (ProjectA, ProjectB, ...) But for effective tracking, you’ll need more flexible and advanced gadgets for…
-
Hi @Nathan Hutchins, Most likely this is due to lack of permissions. Go to Space settings > Access > People and Access > Check if user has the “Service Desk Team” role. An alternative to the custom reports are the Jira dashboards, which are highly configurable and you can choose from a variety of Jira native gadgets +…

Danut
-
Hi @Ronald, If you are willing to try an app from Atlassian Marketplace, you can get the issues from a filter/JQL displayed along with their linked issues by using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. Danut

Hi @Hemal Jivani , Unfortunately, it is not possible to generate such view in the search/filters area of Jira. But if you're open to using an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, you could get this displayed in a Jira dashboard (or a Confluence page) by using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget offered by our Great…
-
Hi @Sherwin Soriano, Possible reasons for this: * the issues were added in sprint after the sprint was started * you added SPs on the issues after the sprint was started * the sprint was actually started after the Sprint Planned Date/wiki Look also at the Sprint Burndown Report for that sprint to see what happened and how…

Hi @Josh Williams, Could you please provide a bit more detail? Some examples or sketches showing how you’d like the information displayed would be very helpful. Danut

Hi @Shruti Pareek, I'm afraid that this is not possible without an app (plugin). If you're open to using an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, a good option would be the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget available in our Great Gadgets app. Configured with Visualization Mode: Linked Issues View and a filter/JQL that…

Hi @Dommalapati Chandrababu Naidu, I'm afraid that this is not possible with the Jira native gadgets. If you're open to using an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, a good option would be the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget available in our Great Gadgets app. Configured with Visualization Mode: Linked Issues View, it…

Hi @kkostic, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm afraid it's not possible to export this information with the built-in Jira tools. You'll need a 3rd party app (plugin). If you decide to try an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, this can be easily done using the Time in Status gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app,…

Hi @MAHAMMAD AZEEM, Jira doesn't offer such gadgets. You could also try the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget, but it can only display counts (not percentages). Or the Issue Statistics gadget, which displays both counts and percentages, but only supports statistics on a single field. It might be better to ask this…
-
Hi @MAHAMMAD AZEEM, Yes, I read that "only this table I want to stretch across the full width at the bottom/last of the jira dashboard". This is not possible and is a limitation of Jira dashboards, which have fixed column-based layouts. So I don't think it's a problem with the gadget itself... In case I misunderstood your…
-
Hi @MAHAMMAD AZEEM, It looks like your Jira dashboard is configured to use a layout with multiple columns. In this case, every gadget will not exceed the length of the column. Try changing the dashboard layout to single column or use a layout with a larger left column. Then check if the gadget displays correctly. Danut

Thanks for sharing this, @Bill Sheboy — excellent explanation! One thing worth adding is that the Agile-V can be visualized very effectively today using our Great Gadgets app. Its Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart gadget or Release Burndown Burnup Chart gadget can be displayed side-by-side on Jira dashboards or Confluence…

Hi @ruoman wang, What chart is that? Can you please attach a screenshot? Danut

Hi @Tejas Chandrashekar, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. You could create your own Kanban board in Jira starting from the filter that you already created (see this page for how to do it https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-a-board-based-on-filters/) If you want this displayed on a Jira…

Hi @Medhaa, Jira’s native burndown chart does not track progress at the sub-task level; it only shows updates when the parent story is completed. One option is to use a marketplace app that provides enhanced burndown reporting. If you’re open to using a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers full support for sprint burndown…
-
Hi @Faraz Gul, Thanks for clarification. It looks like you need a unified Kanban board for all JSM projects. In this case the Team Wallboard gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app will nicely resolve this. You have two options: 1. Add the Team Wallboard gadget to the dashboard and configure it with a filter/JQL that…
-
Hi @Dan Allenby, These metrics can be difficult to calculate even with the help of a plugin. In JSM, with the default workflow, when an agent replies to a customer, the status of the ticket changes automatically to "Waiting for customer" right after the answer/comment is added. And when customer replies the status changes…
-
Hi @Faraz Gul, Besides the Filter results gadget you could also try other native Jira gadgets such as Two Dimensional Filter Statistics, Issue Statistics or Pie Chart configured with a filter that returns issues from the 4 JSM projects and statistic by Project. For a more efficient dashboard, you can search for plugins on…

Hi @Christoph Mangold, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It’s hard to say exactly what’s wrong - perhaps the import didn't map the statuses correctly. What status does it show in the CFD report? Some screenshots would be helpful, if you can provide. If you’re open to trying a plugin from the Atlassian Marketplace, as an…
-
Hi @Mukadder AKPINAR, JSM is a very powerful solution and fully covers the vast majority of these aspects. And, if there happens to be something that is not fully covered, on the Atlassian Marketplace you will find numerous plugins that will most likely fill any gaps - so that, in the end, you can have a complete solution…

Hi @Eric Roetenberg, I assume that the cells and their color is fixed, and you just want to calculate and put the numbers into each cell. Jira does not provide a dashboard gadget for this so you will need to look for a plugin on Atlassian Marketplace. If you want to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers an Advanced…

Hi @Jon Harry, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! For a quick view of blockers or overdue issues your could use Jira gadgets like Two Dimensional Filter Statistics, Issue Statistics, Filter Results or Pie chart. But unfortunately, Jira does not provide a cross-team burndown or velocity chart, or an easy way to sum-up a…
