@Kim Davis can you please create a support ticket so we can get access to your site and check what's going on? https://support.atlassian.com/
-
Hi @Luuk , the team's actively working on this, it's coming soon.
-
Hi @Luke Thorogood I checked in the system and indeed your subscription is deactivated. It looks like you don't have a credit card on file. Reminders were sent by email to your administrator every week for the past month. You'll need to reach out to Atlassian support to reactivate your access, which will resume your trial…
-
@bill we are currently rolling out "global fields" - so you can have some fields defined for the site that you can reuse across projects - which should make things like that easier (and also make it so moving ideas between projects becomes better)
-
@Doug Rhoten we don't communicate dates for features, but the team's actively working on it and should start recruiting early adopters soon.
-
Hi @Doug Rhoten and @oliver.boban.alempijevic you can see it in action in the second video in this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Upcoming-product-improvements-Atlas-integration-ready-for-early/ba-p/2195274 It took a while but we're now putting the final touches to be able to turn…
-
@Brad Jones for this specific set up (multiple projects, one project to report on them all) you're probably going to need what we're currently working on: the ability to create views with ideas from multiple projects. That being said, you might be able to pull it off with Automation. * One project for CAB * One project per…
-
@Gergely Fehér maybe you've used it on another site (xyz.atlassian.net) because it wasn't turned on for the site you're using now. We've just turned it on there.
-
@Andrea Egert the root cause of the issue is a bug when a project administrator has created a project role which doesn't have "manage views" permission, and users with that project role try to do the following: * Reorder ideas in a view with "View rank" enabled (as in the ranking of ideas is specific to the view, not…
-
Hi @Mike Reading we think we found out what's going on, can you help me confirm? This happens if you are a user that does not have the "manage views" permission. Can you please ask your project admin if that's the case for you? (in any case that part is a bug, we'll fix it)
-
We're actively working on solutions for this at the moment. It's still early stage though. We'll share something in the community in a bit.
-
Only on ideas. But the customers that tried to do the thing you say basically end up tagging customers to the idea (and some also add insights and add labels for customers - double entry, not great I know). Ideally we'd at least let you see a field in views that shows all labels for insights inside the idea. We're planning…
-
Hi @Mathias Coudert : we don't have news on that specific topic for now. Other users of JPD have set up a "multi-select" field for this purpose. This lets you list customers, but also give weights to each customer (to represent how important they are for prioritization purposes, e.g. MRR).
-
Ha!
-
@Jeanette Bonifaz in the left sidebar of Jira Product Discovery: Give feedback > Ask for help from the support team. That should do it.
-
Hi @Jeanette Bonifaz , that is not currently possible (short of making a copy of the view for your own purposes). However @Amina Bouabdallah 's team is currently looking at how to improve the product for use cases like that.
-
Hi @Armitha Reddy Toorpu Ceema , you can find a few answers in this FAW for how to think about it: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Frequently-asked-questions-about-the-product-how-do-I/ba-p/2002378
-
Hi, this isn't supported in Jira Product Discovery projects yet. You could try adding this link in the "About this view" section for each view?
-
Hi, this toggle (autosave view configuration) should not change anything - it just applies to the configuration of the view, not the rank of ideas in that view. I just checked and it looks like it's working fine. Maybe it can be linked to the specific combination of permissions you have? We'd need to look a the details.…
-
It's a bug, thanks for reporting it. It's supposed to show the same as in the view. We'll fix that.
-
Hi @Matt Peters , that doesn't sound right. Could you please raise a support ticket so we can look at the details? From the left sidebar > Give feedback > Get help from the support team.
-
Thanks @Harry Brant , I added a reference to your workaround in the FAQ
-
@Alexander Bechte we just checked and mentioning contributors should work. can you please confirm what's not working for you? Maybe a screen recording would help. Thanks!
-
Hi, you can add your site name as a comment here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Upcoming-product-improvements-Atlas-integration-ready-for-early/ba-p/2195274 (we're currently - finally! - cleaning it up to turn it on for everyone)
-
yeah, I guess the problem is that part: > but without (?) a group membership. The user needs to be part of the contributor group for this to work. Can you please raise a support ticket? From Jira Product Discovery, left sidebar, "give feedback", "get help from the support team". The team can help you troubleshoot this
-
@David Wyss * Product role = does someone have a license or not? (product access = true) * Project role = what's the set of permissions for them in the project. It's capped by product role (as in: if someone doesn't have a license but you give them creator project role, they will only be able to use permissions that a…
-
Hi Pieter, yes that feature (insights label) is not great today, you can't use these labels to filter ideas in views, etc. However you could create a "Customer" field of type "multi-select" and put your customer names there, then tag customers to ideas via this field - that's what a lot of our users do.
-
To be 100% sure, here's what you can do: * Make the changes to make sure the users you want as contributors are configured like that * Go to admin.atlassian.com - Billing * In there you'll see "Atlassian Access" with a number of users - and price estimate, which will apply next billed date * If it doesn't work like you…
-
For SSO you need Atlassian Access. If a user account in Atlassian Access only has the contributor role and no other product access they're not going to be billed.
-
Thanks for the feedback (and no judgement 🙂) It's not on the roadmap yet but something we do plan to look at
