Thanks for the feedback Phillip!

Hi @Madhuri Kaniganti , I know this works by doing a CSV import of ideas with field option values: Here's how. Based on this, I think this should work by either creating ideas or updating an idea via the standard Jira Cloud API for creating/updating issues.

OK cool. On showing ideas from within Atlas goals / projects: not yet, but it's something we have on the roadmap. For exactly the reason you mentioned
-
Gotcha, thank you for the context. I get it - you need to show everything on the roadmap that is relevant to the stakeholders you're sharing with. That's the reason we've created a field called "Type" in our project, to differentiate between the different types of objects in the project (product ideas, large investment…

Thanks for reporting this! We've managed to reproduce the problem and fix it. It should get to production tomorrow or so.
-
Thanks @Jake Phillips - both things are on the roadmap. We'll most likely start with the second (seeing ideas from Atlas projects/goals).
-
Hi David, what are the other places you'd like to embed published views in? Thanks
-
OK, thanks. You're on the free plan of Jira Product Discovery
-
can you please confirm your site URL? xyz.atlassian.net
-
OK I'll check with the team
-
Hi, are you on the free or standard plan? It's only available on the standard plan.
-
Note: on the "objectives" front, we do have this: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Upcoming-product-improvements-Atlas-integration-ready-for-early/ba-p/2195274 (2nd video in this post)

Thanks @Jonathan Tari - That makes complete sense and it's something we're currently designing solutions for (both views with ideas across projects and the concept of hierarchies/laddering up). I'd love your feedback on this concept here (one of the concepts we're exploring): Early concept: idea types and relationships

Great question, and here's how we've seen it play out in different companies: * Initially JPD is used to put in all the "some day, maybe" ideas - all the stuff that's not prioritized yet* It's used for prioritization discussions * Out of that eventually comes a product roadmap in JPD. This roadmap tells the story for what…

Hi Jonathan, During this webinar we've demonstrated how the JPD team uses a roadmap at 2 levels: one for the overall team, with broad themes, and one for each squad, with more details about each theme. Here's how to replicate this: Demo: a roadmap with 2 levels Here's a follow-up to this video, showing how you can show the…

here you go: https://github.com/Jira-Product-Discovery-Integrations/polaris-forge-ref-app PS: sorry, Productboard!

(I'm not on feedback rotation this week, but : HI BRENT! It's so good to see you here 🙂)
-
OK, I see. The way this works (we know it's not perfect) is that every user pasting links needs to authenticate. That's because for most apps, the authentication is not via keys but a per-user authentication flow.
-
Hi James, it's not on the short term roadmap yet, but we'd love to hear what you have in mind :)
-
Hi, yes, go to filters > view all issues. Query for the tickets you want to move and then: ... > bulk change

Hi Sarah, I couldn't see your screenshot for some reason. To generate a Pendo access key you need to go, in Pendo, to Settings > Integrations > Integration Keys (maybe the URL has changed since we last updated the app)
-
Hi @Hariharan Y : contributors can create ideas, but you should think of it more like a "submission form" - they can submit it, not edit it after the fact. It's a bit wonky, we're discussing where we take it next. In the meantime, I can see 2 options: * If these contributors have a Jira license (any Jira, doesn't have to…

All you need is for an admin to change the plan in admin.atlassian.net
-
Hi @Troy Conroy - Jira Product Discovery doesn't have a premium plan yet (just free and standard) but if you move to the standard edition it's going to have no impact to your data. Everything will just keep working as expected. (assuming you're doing this on the same site - xyz.atlassian.net - where you used the beta/free…

Thanks for the feedback David. This feedback came up a few times. We'll look into this to see what we can do 👍
-
Yep we only sync the target date for now, but I believe @Rohan Swami 's team is looking at enabling this for the start date too.
-
Thanks Andy!
-
Yep, that's how it works! This is a default field we included in the default project configuration, but you can create your own formula field, or change the configuration of this one, if you don't like how it works. E.g. if you'd rather have an absolute number (vs a relative one) you can create a formula of type "write…

>I would like to have something like a board with all the statuses in different columns so I can see where all ideas are. Hi Jeanette, you can definitely do that: just create a new board, and select the "status" field for the board columns. You cannot copy a workflow directly in JPD though, you'll have to configure it in…
