Hi Raquel, that's not supported - ideas don't really support the concept of "delivery progress". However you could try using Connections for this purpose instead: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Feature-update-Hierarchies-in-Jira-Product-Discovery/ba-p/2983037

Hi Jonathan, you're right: in the current shape of the feature the "sub-child" doesn't know anything about the "parent". We're currently discussing ways to enable things like this. In the meantime what some teams are doing is using automation rules to copy over connections, so the "sub-child" gets connected to the "parent"…
-
@Lisa McCann You could use this feature for things like this (e.g. a "discovery work" type) Goals is part of the Atlassian platform (home.atlassian.com/goals), it's free
-
@Lisa McCann in your site that shouldn't be a problem, but in companies with a lot of users it can get pretty difficult to collaborate in a single project. We've seen teams with 250 users in a single project, and in this case it's usually better to split in multiple.

Hi @Benedict Lubik we are going to start looking into it but it's going to be a while before you can use the new solution. If it's a blocker today you should probably look at alternate solutions in the short term. Did you know you could copy insights between ideas? it's not perfect, but maybe it can help alleviate some of…

Hi @Mezentseva Daria can you raise a ticket with Atlassian support to check what's going on in your site? based on your description I'm not sure I understand what happened.
-
@Audrey Sebbane correct: not released yet
-
@Shelly Kitchen no update on that one yet unfortunately, we've been working on other product areas for now
-
By end of week everyone should have it. projects > create project > product management section
-
I just came across this thread today. @PATRICIA MURPHY I'd suggest reading this to understand what's going on: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/The-different-types-of-users-creators-contributors-and/ba-p/2378354 And this follow-up one for more detailed instructions for how to set that…

@Peyton Macias have you considered using a "work management" project template? We're optimizing Jira Product Discovery for product management use cases, and things like daily calendars are generally not a good practice for them. We're going to review the granularity of the timeline view based on the feedback we got from…
-
Thanks for the feedback @Matti Desmet @Olivier GIRAULT we're currently working on it, I don't have a date but it's coming soon. @Stefanie Ramsay I think you should try the following: * Filter for "Type = ideas" * Group by "Workstream" This will show you Ideas grouped by Workstream
-
Hi @sureshr , it looks like your Caps-lock got stuck? We're currently rolling it out. It's currently available in 20% of sites, and the rollout should complete in the next few days.
-
I just checked with the team and it should just be a matter of days 👍
-
Hi @Sébastien RATEL , we're currently rolling it out - only 20% of customers have access today (it's going to progressively reach 100%)
-
I wonder whether "Comment in Jira" adds as an insight when you point it to an idea (that rings a bell). Could you try?
-
@Antoni Abella Vendrell > the feature "filter in the connection field" is great. I think I understand how it works, but took a while to sink in. I think that it's because filter shows/hides row/cards, and this feature shows/hides values within the row/card. Did I get it right? Do other user have the same challenge or just…

Hi Tatiana, the demos we have for that should be here, but it's on Slack, not Teams. From the FAQ: How can we use Jira Product Discovery to collect feedback from customers/users and other teams (support, sales, customer success, marketing)? Check out this section of the Atlassian Product Discovery handbook We have only…
-
Hi Kevin, maybe not our most brilliant moment (based on your feedback) but we did this to have ideas look closer to other items in Jira, after adding support for types (custom types of ideas). Thanks for the feedback - we'll look into it when we iterate on that.
-
You can configure that: We typically use that for a "$10 game": * Here are a list of ideas * You only have $10 to spend * How would you spend them? It forces people to think about what's really important to them and how important. e.g. $5 on idea 1, $3 on idea 2, and $1 on ideas 3 and 4

A quick trick to see what you have is: if you can see this icon, you're in premium:

@Lisa McCann do you still have an issue here? I'm wondering if you found your way after seeing your more recent comment in the other post: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Importing-Ideas-to-Jira-Product-Discovery/ba-p/2851671#U3021011
-
@Carlos Naranjo Montenegro the app doesn't allow for that level of granularity in permission settings yet. If you can edit ideas, you can change their rank.
-
Hi @Blake Falanga , we try to cover how we do it in the JPD team in this section of the discovery handbook: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery/resources/handbook/feedback-and-insights#what-are-insights
-
@Gunnar Gylfason we're actually tackling this exact thing this sprint. You'll be able to select an issue type in the create form (project settings > features > create ideas) Contributors won't be able to change it when creating ideas Creators will be able to change it

@Alexander Bechte to start a Premium trial on your existing company site you need to be a site administrator
-
@Alexander Bechte you can try it by signing up to a trial for the Premium plan: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery/premium

@Stefanie Ramsay 👋 watch this part of the Loom (from 6:04), I show you how to replicate this there. Basically you just need to add the field "Experiment" (or whatever else you use one level below) to the view
-
@Amin Fadul here's an example of what it looks like:
-
Thanks @Amin Fadul ! It's already integrated with Goals. You can use Goals by adding the "Goals" field to a view and using it exactly as you would a connection field. We're currently making changes so the ideas you connect to goals also show on the goal itself in the Home experience, not only in Jira Product Discovery
